Don't eat lunch or supper here. Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice pool with a great view off the roof!!
Positives: Good location, nice pool, friendly staff. Exactly what I expected from my booking.
Negatives: The restaurant food was poor. Good breakfast buffet, but, making breakfast is no great feat...

The cookies at check-in were delicious, and the staff was very friendly and quick to help. The mandatory valet was a bit expensive, but convenient. The hotel was under construction and they started work early, even on Labor Day, which a bit annoying. We didn't try the restaurant, but the food looked good.
Positives: Cookies, location, friendly staff and workout center.
Negatives: There was noisy construction early in the mornings.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was very helpful. After coming in from the outdoor heat the hotel was cool and inviting and always there was always a glass of cold lemonade to greet you.
Positives: It was lovely clean private friendly.
Negatives: Bed was awful it sank in the middle and the blankets stuffing was balled up inside,

Overall it was great, except I had a late flight and you had no early check in had to pay for extra day.

Front desk staff very professional and friendly. Even when busy took time to listen and respond. Seemed to care due to disability we needed a room close to elevator. Was a smoking room and they asked several times if it was satisfactory as to smell and cleanliness. Hotel was very clean and well presented.
Positives: Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives: For my purposes the location was not the best, distance wise.

Great hotel, very upscale and clean.
Positives: It is located close to the French Quarter.

The hotel was very quiet and clean, the staff was very professional and courteous. My husband and I were traveling with our 4 small kids and 5 month old infant, they met our needs with everything, from the sundry in the hotel were we were able to purchase milk (instead of going out) to the crib they provided us with. The Hilton Garden Center is now our hotel of choice for our New Orleans trips.
Positives: Very quiet and clean.
Negatives: Not close to restaurants.

Hotel, clean, and easy to find.
Positives: It was clean and quiet.
Negatives: It was a little further away from the French Quarter than we would have liked. Also, there was no place to park and hotel parking cost $22 a night.

I did not know that there would be $30 parking fee/night. Not only this but they ran out of parking spaces and so we had to park on the street. The staff didn't really seem to care about our concerns of the rental being left on the street. Everything else was good.
Positives: The location was great. We were 2 blocks from the convention center and had a view of the bridge and center.
Negatives: Parking. We went during mardi grass and they ran out of parking spots. We had to park on the street.

The staff was very friendly and helpful including the valet parkers. I felt very confident about our vehicles safety because of the valet parking and the parking building being secure. They have a heated swimming pool which was very exciting for our children.
Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about directions and nearby dining options.
Negatives: It was difficult to find at first arrival. We arrived at nighttime and that made travel in this area of new Orleans more difficult.

New Orleans has much still to "rebuild". This is a clean, nice, good value hotel. I would tell tourists it is quite a distance from the Quarter, though it's fairly close to River walk. I'm from New Orleans, and I expect it to live up to its second largest industry, tourism. I saw no reason they couldn't offer some sort of lunch on weekdays, especially during Mardi Gras. Also, they need to purchase at least a second luggage cart. And, to our dismay, the hot tub was not operating when we were there. I expected such of the pool.
Positives: Clean and good value.
Negatives: Walking distance to Canal Street or French Quarter.
