Decent hotel, but charges really high prices for every little thing. 30 for parking, 15 for Internet, the restaurant was really expensive for nothing really amazing. If I have a car for my next visit, I will not be going back here.
Positives: Free cocktails every night.
Negatives: $30 a night for parking.

This hotel is nice enough, but you can find comparable hotels, both in price and luxury closer to the French Quarter. Parking is $30 a day, not $20 as I was led to believe upon making reservations. Not a huge deal, but if you are on a budget, it can make a difference. There are parking lots around the area that you can park in and walk to the hotel that are much cheaper!
Positives: The rooms were nice as I had expecting.
Negatives: For this hotel to be part of the fees chopped classification, I encountered about $30 worth of unexpected fees upon check-in.

I was so happy with my stay! It was so comfortable, clean, accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous! The bed was plush and very comfortable. I have a back issue and it didn't act up from the bed, which was a concern! I would stay at Embassy Suites anytime! Thank you for a pleasurable experience!
Positives: The location was easy, the room was fabulous, comfortable, spacious. Friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful!
Negatives: There was nothing I did not like!

Great, would stay again, clean and<BR/>was everything we expected.
Positives: It had separate bedroom, bath and a sitting room/kitchen, and desk/office area.
Negatives: Our loft was around the corner from the actual hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. For reasons unknown, we were put in the Lofts next door, which had an historic and cozy feel. Big rooms, big bathroom, brick walls. Much better than we expected. Also the free big breakfast and free drinks in the evening were an added bonus. About 1 mile exactly from Jackson Square, but we appreciated that we were in a quieter part of town. A very easy walk. All in all, a fantastic stay.
Positives: Loft building was quaint and historic, good location, liked the breakfast and manager's reception!
Negatives: Slightly out of the way, but this was actually a benefit too.

Negatives: Everything was great.

Staff was outstanding. The hotel could use some upgrades. I did not feel that it was up to the stand of Embassy Suites I have stayed at (some new and some old). The smell of mold needs to be addressed.
Positives: Staff went out of their way to help find whatever you needed.
Negatives: Soft bed was terrible, and the smell of mold was overwhelming at times.

I would recommend and stay at this hotel again. The valet parking attendants were exceptional, the room was clean, and I especially appreciated the pull-out sofabed in the suite.
Positives: Room was very nice.
Negatives: Restaurant staff did not return my $ after I paid for meal.

I was given a suite that consisted of a 10 x 10 room with one queen size bed for three men and a bathroom. After checking in, I was told that it was actually a standard room. I was told that I could not change rooms and that we would have to sleep 3 to the bed.
Positives: The breakfast was very good.
Negatives: The elevators didn't work, the front desk staff was unprofessional and rude.

Positives: Front desk was friendly.
Negatives: Breakfast staff.

The hotel was really nice for the price. Location was excellent and the staff was wonderful. I will be going back.
Positives: Very nice hotel & furniture. Staff was great!
Negatives: They charge for the internet, that is ridiculous! 15 a day?

There was construction going on at 8:30 in the evening. I was moved to a dingy suite above the noise level of the construction that had dirty carpet, no hot water in the bathroom sink, and the TV in the sitting area did not work. I had to pay $30 dollars a day plus a tip to park my car. I was not told about the parking fee when I booked the room.
Positives: Location
Negatives: Dirty, no hot water in sink in bathroom.

Highly recommended, great location, wonderful staff, pool was nice and the breakfast exceeded our expectation. Awesome experience.
Positives: The staff was great. Very friendly and informative. Room was very comfortable, food was excellent.
Negatives: We did not have hot water in our room, so our showers were luck warm, but they comp. our parking (30.00) to make up for it.

When we got to the hotel, late, we were stilled received with a positive attitude. After our long trip, we were hungry, but got to the dining room as it was getting ready to close. The dining room staff accommodated and served us with smiling faces and delicious food!
Positives: I liked the classiness and the total privacy we received.
Negatives: The lack of snack machines for those midnight munchies.

From the moment we arrived we were pampered. The hotel staff here was quite polite and willing to assist us in any way possible. Was in N.O. to catch cruise ship. The location of the hotel made it easy to get to the ship and to see the French quarter in the short amount of time that we had. The room was clean and very comfortable. I wanted to take the bed home with me..... The breakfast was excellent! What else can I say? Had a blast!
Positives: Clean, comfortable, affordable, excellent location, great staff.
Negatives: Can't think of a thing.

great hotel clean and quiet the only downside is the price for parking I understand the hotel does not own the lot but they could eat some of the expense. Next time I will park on the street.
Positives: Breakfast and drinks included the breakfast was great.
Negatives: 26 dollar parking.
