Check in was fast and easy parking was a breeze and cheap.
Positives: Big and conveniently located by the Superdome, food was great also.
Negatives: Cannot think of a thing.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Beautiful lobby and very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No covered parking but its close to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was also great!
Positives: Clean, convenience to attractions in area.
Negatives: No parking garage.

I thought it was nice especially with the separate living area and kitchen.

The hotel overall was ok. The floor we were on was undergoing updating, so there was no carpet in the hallways. They are improving the property. The air conditioner in our room was leaking, and the bedroom carpet was very wet. When we called the staff, we were told they would send someone out the next day. This didn't help us out, as we were leaving the next morning. The morning staff seemed more concerned and apologetic - much friendlier. They even gave us some treats for the road (after asking me if it was ok before showing the kids!).
Positives: Spacious rooms.
Negatives: Carpet was wet, and staff would not move us.
