I am thinking the rooms are not designated for smoking and/or non-smoking. The room with had you could tell people had been in it smoking. I am allergic to smoke so all night had burning eyes. I did like the fact that there was blind areas where anyone could hide if you were coming in after dark in which we did. Also there should be rooms with double beds so guests could have that option.

Positives: The breakfast was very nice.

Negatives: Had construction going on. Also parking availability was poor.
