There was a problem with the AC unit in our room. We were promptly moved to another room which had a broken sofa bed. We were immediately given a new and upgraded room each time. Things will break, it's a given. The staff was quick to give us new accommodations.
Positives: Staff.
Negatives: Cleanliness.

I like the hotel a lot. The staff was very nice. Showed southern hospitality for sure. Would definitely use the hotel for further visits.
Positives: The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Negatives: Having the housing cleaning come knock on the doors at 9 am.

Check in went very smooth and the staff was helpful. The room was clean. I would stay there again.

Overall, a good experience except for the fact the pool was not open and the fitness room whirlpool did not work.
Positives: Location, cleanliness, price, and service were the high points.
