The Mansion is located off I20 in Northeast Louisiana north of the town of Delhi. The mansion has an executive suite three bedrooms an elevator for our guests needing assistance two living rooms a dining room library a grand staircase foyer rear courtyard and an expansive front gallery.

Situated on 85 acres of lush grassland with groves of trees and a large pond stocked with bass there is also a carriage house with 15 acres devoted to the horses that pull the carriage. Black Bear Golf Club a Louisiana Audubon Golf Trail member is located ten minutes to the north. It has the distinction of being ranked by GolfWeek as Public Course In The State for 2010 2011 2012 2013 and 2014. Black Bear Golf Club was named as a GolfDigest Americas Best New Course in 2007.

We are adjacent to the Poverty Point Reservoir State Park which features amazing bass and white perch fishing as well as vast walking trails. The Mansion is located fifteen minutes from Poverty Point World Heritage Site. The monumental earthworks located there are the nations 22nd World Heritage Site. Downtown Delhi offers a variety of local flair. From strolling through the local boutiques and antique stores to ordering a fountain drink at Thomsons Drug the oldest continuously operating drug store in Louisiana you will find interesting places to experience.

Nearby restaurants include Fox’s Pizza Den, El Alamo, Hot Wings Heaven, and Bobby’s.
