Very nice. I would stay there again.
Positives: Two queen beds not two double beds. Made the stay much nicer.
Negatives: I don't like rooms with doors that open to the parking lot. That I didn't know until I booked it.

I can't imagine this hotel being successful if all of the rooms were disappointing. It offered free internet, though we never could get it to work and we've never had a problem anywhere else. The one cup coffee pot that sat on the ledge had cracked on, crusty water spots in the reservoir. The A/C never really cooled off the room, even though it was set on high. The entrance door to the room was the size of a closet door - the door to the maintenance closet next door was bigger than our door. It was just an all around disappointment which made for a very long night. I enjoyed the city we visited and the location was great, It just was not up to par or up to the standards I've gotten accustomed with. But I will never waste money at that location again. I was actually surprised to see that it was right next door and shared a parking lot with a 5-star restaurant. This hotel just didn't fit in the vicinity of the nearby Holiday Inn and Courtyard Marr.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: Small room & bed, overpriced, outdated, and check-in service.

This hotel was horrible! The room we had was smaller than my half of my college dorm room. The entrance door was the size of a closet and that full size bed was questionable. In the morning, I wanted to attempt to make coffee in the pathetic 1 cup pot, but when I opened the reservoir, I was disgusted. The top of the pot was dusty and the reservoir had crusty water spots inside. No free wireless internet, we could not get on line. This hotel is so outdated. I will never stay at that location again. It was a long night.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Outdated, rooms way too small and bed too small, dirty.

I was given the wrong room when I checked in, and opened the door on another guest. Then after that embarrassment was given the room next to that guest and was berated and called many derogatory names. The non-smoking room smelled like a cigarette, and the staff was not helpful with my situation.
Positives: The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: Incompetence and non-helping.

Flooding was probably unavoidable but really impacted the stay, no key for three days, no power on first morning. The room, on the second floor, so not flooded, felt damp and had a very strong, rather offensive air freshener odor at all times. Insufficient towels and very poor lighting in the room made it feel very budget. Sheets were too small for the bed and came unstuck every night, bed was ok but pillows, only two and very thin, were not sufficient. Generally very unsatisfactory.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Flooding on the night of arrival, no key provided for three days.

Overall it is a very nice hotel. But the room was too bright to sleep during the day and it was a bit noisy. Also I was not allowed to check in before 4p.m. I have to get up at midnight. Other than that it was very good.
Positives: Price was excellent.
Negatives: Too much light came into the room. Unable to sleep.

The room was dirty and smelled. The furniture was broken and chipped. Did not feel safe in the area. Staff said they were sorry but did not even look at the room. Hope you will remove this from your offerings. It is a disgrace to your company.
Positives: Nothing!
Negatives: This place is filthy and the staff doesnt care.

This hotel was certainly adequate.
Positives: Close to town, highway and restaurants.
Negatives: No ambience, next to fast food restaurant.

I was happy with everything except the bed; my husband was with me on this business trip and he didn't sleep well either night. I slept but had a stiff back. We weren't at our best because of lack of sleep. The hotel has a great location though. If they just renovated, it would be a great business hotel.
Positives: Convenient location with a good restaurant nearby.
Negatives: Old, worn out mattresses really need replacing!

The staff at this hotel was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of room. The room was definitely worth it and the price was not expensive at all.
Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: They need to steam clean the carpets.

Great location for business travel, lots of nearby food, and shops. Internet access was in tough place in room, but overall very clean and nice stay.
Positives: Great location for business in the New Orleans, Covington area.
Negatives: Parking was a bit tight.

Friendly enough once you get their attention never could get computer service to work.
Positives: Close to where I wanted to be.
Negatives: Desk clerk continues to talk to the manager on the phone while guests wait.

We considered hurricane Katrina when noticing the general bad condition of the outside of the hotel. Still there is no excuse for garbage bags of trash on the sidewalk that remained during our stay. But our room was clean, and the place was quiet. We had a nice dinner at Copeland's right across the street, and the complimentary breakfast was fine and convenient.
Positives: Complimentary breakfast, convenient parking at room.
Negatives: Hotel grounds in bad shape, piles of trash on sidewalk.

This hotel served the basic purpose of a clean place to sleep. The free breakfast in the morning was a bonus. I needed two beds, but understood that it was not guaranteed. There were no two bed rooms available, but the front desk staff member offered to bring up extra bedding so the kids could camp out on the floor. This hotel is close to a wide variety of restaurants, and is within walking distance to a Burger King. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
Positives: The front desk employee was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: The parking lot was very small.

The hotel staff was friendly and cooperative, and was willing to do whatever it took to help us feel comfortable. After arriving and unpacking, we discovered that our room had an odd gas-leak kind of smell; the staff not only offered us a new room, but also offered to help us move all of our belongings to the new room. The continental breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but it was adequate and the food was fresh each day.
Positives: The location is convenient for access to Covington, New Orleans, and other areas.
Negatives: The room was not ready at 3:00 as advertised; we had to wait an additional hour in the lobby.

Non-description. Stay here when you need the convenience of being near the Interstate on a family trip. Not much to look at or to brag about.
Positives: Location next to the interstate is very convenient for travelers.
Negatives: Price too high when compared to New Orleans hotels recently booked.
