Couldn't ask for nicer staff! Could ask for some updates in the room like flat screen TV's and a few nails to hold up the trim around doors!
Positives: I left a flatiron in the room and the staff found it and sent it back to me!
Negatives: Tub was dirty and trim around bathroom door was falling off. TV was small and old!

The hotel was clean and served my purpose well. All I needed was a decent place to stay for a good night's rest.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: Had to go to front desk to get an iron and ironing board.

Great room for price. When I called in the person was not helpful, but in person, they were great. Quiet room and clean.
Positives: Affordable
Negatives: Lobby was pretty worn down, breakfast ended early.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel before and had a wonderful experience. This time we constantly heard a train going by and the first thing that came to mind was, I don't remember hearing a train going by the last time we stayed here!
Positives: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Negatives: It was near a train track.

It is convenient. Easy on and off I20.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked as it was supposed to. The only drawback was the trains passing by every hour blowing their whistles.
Positives: Clean and Comfortable.
Negatives: It was built VERY CLOSE to a railroad track. Trains came by blowing their whistle all night.

This hotel was by far the worst my husband and I have ever stayed in. We left the directions at home on accident and when we arrived we called and asked for directions. The only response we received was it was a big green sign with white letters on it. All we asked for was the exit number and she could not tell us. The next afternoon after checkout time our keys would not work. We were scheduled to checkout on a Sunday. We were told that we had the keys too close to our cell phones so it was our fault that the keys would not work which mine was in my pocket and the key was in my wallet. My husband's cell was clipped on his belt and his key was in his wallet as well. We will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone else.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: I need more than 20 words. It was a horrible experience.

Positives: Easy to the freeway, Clean.
Negatives: Nothing.

The bed was comfortable enough for my tastes. The coffee pot was not cleaned thoroughly because there was still coffee residue in the pot and the spent coffee packet was still in the coffee maker. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the restroom from the previous tenant. The trains sound as though they are going to come straight through the hotel in the wee hours of the night/morning.
Positives: I liked the location because of the location near the interstate.
Negatives: The noise level of the trains, planes, and automobiles.

I would recommend this hotel for family and friends

The Hotel was as expected, a travel oriented accommodations. The room was clean, everything worked, comfortable.
Positives: Comfort & location was really good.
Negatives: Small continental breakfast.

Its cheap if you are just looking for a place to lay your head for a night. It was clean. The door did not seal. You could see the outside clear as day around it and hear every single car that drove by. I might as well have been sleeping on the road. I left the TV on to tune out the sound.
Positives: It was clean.
Negatives: The door wasn't sealed very well. You could see daylight all around it and hear every car that went by as if you were standing on the road.

For a quick nights sleep without any extras, this hotel was fine. I would not recommend it for families staying an extended time. It was worth the price, but is older and has no extras.
Positives: For an overnight stay, it was fine.
Negatives: There were many heavy duty trucks which were noisy.

The other couple traveling with us had a bad valve on their tub and only had scalding water. Would not stay here again.
Positives: Continental breakfast ok.
Negatives: Malfunction in shower valve, no hot water.

I would not recommend to friends or family for anything more than a one night stay or place to lay your head for the night. No in room coffee pot, iron or ironing board, refrigerator, or microwave.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Amenities listed on line were not what available, big disappointment was.

I wouldn't allow my dog to say at this place. It was horrible and probably violates many city & federal ordinances, specifically for handicapped guests. I am not handicapped, but I stayed in a handicap room and the bathroom door would jam up if you closed it. It could have been deadly to a person who was staying there alone and had there been a fire, they couldn't get out of the bathroom. This place was a dump. It isn't their fault, but the hotel should refund the money and they should refund the money to me. I have filed a formal complaint.
Positives: Nothing it was horrific.
Negatives: Third world conditions.

I paid for a first floor king size, with coffee maker and fridge and micro wave, the only thing I got was a king size bed, wasn't even on first floor, room smelt like bleach and had several cracks in walls, needs some work !
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Not what I paid for.

We had no problem finding the hotel and found the location great for what we had planned on our trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we found the room to be spacious and clean.
Positives: Went there to gamble and found the location to be ideal and overall very clean.
Negatives: 11:00am check out although I never like this at any hotel.

Needed a better cleanliness standard and was more like a 1 star than 2.
Positives: The price for holiday weekend.
Negatives: The hotel was much older than most Super 8 I have stayed.

We expected a somewhat comfortable, no-frills room-one that had been "recently refurbished". The mattress was ancient, and of Goodwill quality; the toilet ran off and on all night; the sink and tub fixtures were broken; the rug stained- we left for home & sacrificed the second night.
Positives: Didn't see any roaches, the room didn't shake when the trains went by.
Negatives: Can't do it in less than 20 words.
