Very modern and excellent place to take a family with the couch area in the room.
Positives: Very modern decor! Overall very nice!
Negatives: The receptionist was dealing with us then answered the phone and began taking a cancellation which took 5 mins before resuming our registration.

Great location. All staff members were friendly except the first person I talked to. Don't dare try to check in early.

We were very satisfied with the room, both in decoration and comfort. The room was kept clean and in good order for the four days we were there. They need to reorganize their breakfast area to keep people from piling up in corners. The staff was not very friendly.
Positives: The room was very comfortable and spacious. They allowed us to bring in a recliner for me to sleep in.
Negatives: The breakfast area was pretty but badly organized. Too many corners - everyone bunched up. The service was lousy.

Overall a great place to stay, only one minor things to say, travelling with 2 people who both work on computers and have cell phones and other electronics there werent enough outlets to plug everything in to run/charge. no big deal<BR/>I know.

This is a very nice hotel with a very good layout with a fold out couch. It is very modern and has a good set up with a high def TV and work desk.
Positives: Very clean & had a good breakfast.

There should not have been any ants in our room, the toilet paper holder should not have been hanging out of the wall, the bathroom could be bigger, the mini fridge should have been working properly, the ice bucket, extra blanket and sheets should have all been washed.Only one elevator was working (most of the time took the stairs) and it smelled really bad. Did not like this hotel at all, very much rather Springhill Suites which has a better complementary breakfast.

Large rooms that were very comfortable. It could use vending machines or room service. They do have a nice restaurant down stairs for take out but when you have an infant it is not always convenient to have to leave the room.

Hyatt Place sent their own survey to which I described an odd response we had received from one of the housekeepers. The Manager, called me at home days later to apologize and offer an explanation, which in turn made perfect sense for the odd conversation we had had with the housekeeper. He did it so tactfully and wanted to make certain we understood the situation. I just so admired the way he addressed our minimal complaint. It's hard to put into words how kind and professional the manager was in contacting us except to say that I would so wish that every hotel we ever stay in have management and staff who take customer service to heart in the way this Hyatt Place obviously commits to on an continual basis, with a vested interested in the complete and total satisfaction and security of its guests. How refreshing!

Must have just taken over the hotel staff not sure of what to do. Too, too close to I10 my husband explained to me at 4AM it was not the soothing sound of surf I was hearing.

I was extremely pleased with the hotel. Every staff member greeted us with a smile when we would pass them in the halls or wherever. You could tell they were happy with their job. The hotel was classy, clean and beautiful. I will stay at a Hyatt Place every chance I get!

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hyatt. The price, location and room were all top notch. The toiletries were very soft and fragrant. I was impressed with the overall comfort in the room. A nice surprise was all the outlets for prime technology use. This was very useful.
Positives: The overall look, decor and feel of hotel was spectacular.
Negatives: The bathroom door was in the way if not fully open or closed.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel. It was a little sketchy getting in and out of the parking lot because of the location and the way traffic is routed in the area.
Positives: Very impressed with the TV and it is easily accessible A/V inputs.
Negatives: The pool was very disappointing. It had a slimy growth on parts of the bottom and sides.
