Great hotel for the money. Friday and Saturday night can be busy and hard to find a place to park due to nightlife traffic right across the street. Continental breakfast was very sufficient; everything except scrambled eggs!

Positives: Convient location right off Interstate I-10.

Negatives: Strip Club and bard right across street, Lots of cars.

The staff is very accommodating, everyone from the front desk to the maids. My initial impression, based on the Lobby area was spoiled when I saw the worn carpet in the hall on the third floor. I was disappointed by the uncovered box springs, one of which had several stains! Yuk! I wonder has this hotel been used to house Katrina victims for the past 6 months.

Positives: The staff was friendly and courteous. The lobby area was well maintained. Breakfast area was also nice.

Negatives: The carpet and comforter seemed dirty. The sheets were clean but very worn. One even had a small hole in it.
