Annie May has been baking since the age of 5, when she was given an EZ Bake oven, and learned that parents let you eat sweets whenever you want, if you bake for them. She has always loved the science of baking and experimenting in the kitchen.
This was where she learned that fruit tasted best as a pie, and brownies were her favorite food group. She was a teacher for children with special needs for 10 years, but was always baking in her free time.
