Bethelridge is a community in eastern Casey County, Kentucky. It was named by storekeeper and first postmaster Silas Wesley for the name of a local church, which was itself named for its location below Bethel Knob. The post office was first operated on May 14, 1890. Local restaurants include Mom And Pops Mt Zion Dinner.
