Maybe that's why our martinis and the fine bartenders who make them win awards for doing so year after year. So, name your poison. Copper Spoon ( Dining / Other ). Located at 301 West Jefferson Boulevard. Copper Spoon opened up in March of 2015 under the name Wine Down, but got its new name in October of 2018.
