Went into our room, and the bathroom had water all over the counter. My husband went to turn down the covers on the bed and there was green & brown crusty stuff on the sheets. I was then moved to a room on the 1st floor, where the rooms air conditioner didn't work very well. The only good thing about the hotel was the Oriental woman at the front desk very polite and apologetic.
Positives: When moved to another room bed was comfortable.
Negatives: 1st room dirty.

The hotel exceeded my expectations.
Positives: I liked that it provided continental breakfast, morning paper, and access to business office.
Negatives: I didn't like that it did not have a pool area.

Can tell that they have spent money in the remodel. Was good for the rating. Would stay there again if in the area.
Positives: Room was attractive and basically clean.
Negatives: Breakfast bar was not great.
