Do a search on the internet for comments for KOA Northwest Chicago. You could not write a movie script more bizarre than the treatment rendered by the owners and staff of this KOA. While making reservations they are fine. Once the money moves to their pockets look out. They are masters of enforcing the "rules" and will find fault with everything you do. There is a no refund policy, no firewood policy, the owners are rude as well as most of the staff. Not sure why the staff would even want to stay here. Find a Wal-Mart or Cracker Barrel or Flying J. Camper Emptor.
