At one time, the current 25 room house was the largest in the community, with the entire 3rd floor being the ballroom. The third floor (The Senator's Retreat) has been host to many long term stay guests from all over the world, as it offers spacious accommodations including two bedrooms (one with a jacuzzi), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, large living room with additional sleeping options and a private entrance to the house.
