Location and true 2 room suites--excellent. Rooms could use some updating and repair. Restaurant breakfast buffet was poor, not much selection and overpriced at $19. However, they let me check in early and I would stay here again for $71/night!

Positives: True suites with 2 full rooms, fridge and 2 sinks.

Negatives: Hotel maid did not leave extra toiletries even when I left a tip and request; had to call manager.

Fantastic experience. Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel staff was superb, very helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable, best sleep I've had in years. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Negatives: I am not guaranteed to get this hotel next time.

It served my needs for a business trip, I was only in the hotel room at nights to sleep.

Positives: The room was very quiet at night.

Negatives: One of the curtains was torn away from it's attachment at the top on one end, there was a broken piece of ceramic laying in bathroom on toilet.

I was very impressed with such a large spacious suite, it was very well decorated, mini fridge was a bit old but worked fine, bathroom and bedroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in room. A lot of cold air coming in from a large window in bedroom, thermostat could not keep the room warm enough and curtains were not heavy enough to block it - traveling with 2 little ones - they had a hard time staying warm at night.

Positives: Spacious, modern conveniences, easy access from interstate.

Negatives: Breakfast buffet was overpriced, could hear bumping around under our room at 6 am.

The hotel was nice. It would be nice for a family or a group of people to go. I was disappointed that parking was 18.95 a night. I was also told the internet was complimentary and I got charged ten dollars a day. I barely used the computer, just to look up a few places I wanted to visit. The staff was very nice and helpful, I just wasn't prepared for the extra charges. I also thought that I had chosen a smoking room, but when we got there, they told us there whole facility was smoke free.

Positives: The staff was friendly. It was close to the hotel where you could take the train into Downtown.

Negatives: I felt there was hidden fees. If I had known what I was paying for it would not have been an issue.

I found the service to be top notch, staff went above and beyond. We used th courtesy bus several times, and found that very helpful and convenient for trips to airport.

Positives: Service was EXCELLENT, staff went above and beyond, housekeeper and airport bus driver.

Negatives: The hot tub was under maintenance, I had been looking forward to sitting in it.

It was in a great spot. The shuttle bus took us to the airport and told us how to use the train to get to down town Chicago and they were very nice.

Hotel interior is dated, restaurant overpriced - $14.50 for a hamburger. Bathroom sink did not drain. Not particularly comfortable couch or chair in living room. $3 for a bottle of "courtesy water in room".

This was one of those hotels where the actual experience didn't reflect the glossy appearance of the hotel. Staff was nice, helpful, and everything was quite lovely. But the food was very overpriced whereas the quality was mediocre at best. The bed was lovely to look at but was the most uncomfortable one I've slept in, perhaps ever. The computer access was problematic, things did not print correctly (but thankfully, the staff helped by taking it into their office and printing it for me). I will say, though, that it was very quiet, which was very important for this trip.

Positives: Everything was very attractive and the staff was generally very helpful.

Negatives: The food was mediocre but overpriced, the bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows were squishy.

Very courteous staff. Changed my room quickly when the smoking room that I got was still very smoky. Airport shuttle was quick and comfortable, but could have run more often during the weekend.

Positives: Very comfortable rooms. The hotel will be smoke free in December, which is a great thing.

Negatives: Breakfast buffet was too pricey. $51 for three people.

The Sheraton is a lovely hotel - the rooms are pretty, spacious and very calming.

Hotel was ok nice lobby, but the room was a little dirty. We had gum in carpet and the bed was very uncomfortable. Parking a bit high for open parking lot.

Conveniently located near O'Hare. There is an airport shuttle every 20 minutes. The hotel staff here, including custodians and shuttle bus driver, were beyond friendly and professional. It was refreshing.
