Excellent value at the price I received. Would have been even better if parking and free WiFi would have been included.

Positives: Proximity to both the convention center and public transportation.

Negatives: I did not like having to pay an additional $22 per day for parking.

Despite a renovation not too long ago, the door lock was loose. The door itself and the windows were damaged, and the property has the look of a 70's-era hotel. But not bad.

Positives: Great location.

Negatives: Parking is expensive ($22).

Negatives: Beds were rather small.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 20 Jun 2011 rated 8 out of 10.

If you like tiny rooms and getting claustrophobic in Shower, then this is the hotel for you. Asked for a room close by elevator and got one a long way away, also valet parking was 32 dollars a night. Since walking was a problem and only 10 dollar difference I did that.

Positives: Not much.

Negatives: Long list.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 23 May 2011 rated 10 out of 10.

Great location and staff.

Positives: Great staff and very convenient for its access to the airport.

Negatives: Nothing negative.

A hotel of this level should have a pool, steam room etc, the room service problem listed above, gave us a bad feeling about our stay.

Positives: Check in staff very helpful.

Negatives: Someone put a room service card on our door and room service work us 2 hours before we wanted to get up and charged $30, we got the charges removed.

Very upscale and classy hotel.

Positives: Very convenient to the airport and the front desk staff were very courteous.

Excellent hotel with enormous public spaces and good facilities suitable for business and transit travelers.

The hotel was wonderful. I give it 4 stars.

Positives: I loved the decor and the large size of the room.

Negatives: I did not like, that I had to pay for parking.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 07 Mar 2011 rated 9 out of 10.

The rooms are small but as a lone business traveler I don't mind. Still very clean and modern. It is not a St Regis or Four Seasons but a very good business hotel.

Positives: Stayed here many times, grateful every time I end up here.

Negatives: No complaints

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 17 Feb 2011 rated 10 out of 10.

It is a nice looking clean hotel, I see it better for a business traveler the romance level is not there due to no hot tub or bath tub.

Positives: Clean and staff was friendly, public areas were also nice.

Negatives: No pool, hot tub, or a bath tub in a king room.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 03 Jan 2011 rated 8 out of 10.

I liked my stay and will be back!

Positives: I loved the room! Bed was amazing!

Negatives: Not enough selection to eat from and they charged for parking!

Wonderful staff and
excellent rooms. Our stay couldn't have been more pleasant.

Positives: Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. This hotel was the best I've ever experienced with Priceline, a tremendous value!

Negatives: Nothing.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 21 Dec 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

I have stayed in many hotels in the Chicago area, mostly using Priceline. My stay at this hotel has been the best by far. The rooms were set up well, the bed was extremely comfortable, making it hard to want to get on a plane for 12 hours. I stayed on one of the higher levels of this hotel. The only thing I would caution is if you are a light sleeper, you might want to ask to be on a lower level as you could see, hear, and feel the planes coming in. Personally, I thought this was kind of cool, and it added to the atmosphere! I am not a heavy sleeper or a light sleeper, but this did not bother me at all throughout the night.

Positives: Clean, sophisticated, intelligent design, great staff, nice bar (great place to watch the game while traveling).

Negatives: Paid parking.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 27 Nov 2010 rated 8 out of 10.

Beautiful hotel, very close to the airport. Clean and very helpful staff. Not very family oriented more for a business traveler. If you are traveling with small children know what to expect, I knew about the swimming pool (not having one, and that did not bother me since I was going to be visiting other places. However, the parking fee seems a bit high.

Positives: Great location, beautiful lobby area, grand and spacious, modern decoration.

Negatives: $22 dollars for parking, no children channel on TV.

The Hyatt works hard to accommodate all of its diverse customers. The workout facility was top notch, featuring dumbbells and nautilus machines and treadmills. The front desk staff wanted to make sure I was satisfied with everything and all my needs were met. They even asked about my overall trip and made sure I had driving arrangements. The rooms are comfy and quiet and the amenities are top notch. Overall, great hotel.

Positives: The staff was very helpful and seemed concerned with my overall trip.

Negatives: There was a weird convention going on. I was not aware the hotel was attached to a convention hall.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 22 Nov 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

A stunning lobby with modern sitting spaces and finishes. Two bar areas with right amount of either elegant dining or sports bar theme. Rooms were updated and comfortable. Absolutely nothing run down or outdated. High end workout facility made the stay just great. I would highly recommend, especially for the price on Priceline.

Positives: Upscale rooms with recently renovated finishes. Much better than expected food service.

Negatives: No HDTV, but had large flat panel TVs.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 17 Nov 2010 rated 8 out of 10.

Love the open courtyard, but the concrete is a little corny. Disliked being hit up for parking $$. Beds were extremely comfortable. Cable channels were not in HD and took forever to switch between. Like the decor and the soaps/shampoos.

Positives: Wide open spaces.

Negatives: Paid parking.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 16 Nov 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

Beautiful hotel with very pleasing room decor. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Positives: Beautiful decor and friendly staff.

Negatives: Room was small and no upholstered chair in the room.

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare is a very attractive hotel with compact, yet very nice rooms. The common areas are also very nice and the staff is courteous. It is convenient to O'Hare and the subway. However, the hotel charged 9.99/day for Internet and the hotel restaurant was very expensive as well, they charged almost $7 for oatmeal and $3.50 for coffee. Full meals were good but not worth the price.

Positives: The hotel staff was very professional and the hotel was attractive.

Negatives: The hotel charged for many little extras such as Internet.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 25 Oct 2010 rated 4 out of 10.

Uncomfortable room.

Positives: Helpful staff.

Negatives: Horrible room - not a 5 star room - not even a tub in the bathroom which was the size of a powder room.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 15 Oct 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

Great hotel, but don't stay in a tower unit.

Positives: Efficient

Negatives: This room, end tower, we heard the airplanes taking off or landing, too noisy.

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 23 Sep 2010 rated 8 out of 10.

Very nice - would have wanted to know about the parking issues prior to booking.

Positives: Beautiful.

Negatives: The hotel charges $22 to park in their lot per night-not valet, just to park.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 30 Aug 2010 rated 8 out of 10.

Overall, excellent experience.

Positives: Free breakfast, pool.

Negatives: Linens a little cheap.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 27 Aug 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

I love grand entrances, with plenty of color, movement and greenery. With this hotel's glass elevators added, the ambiance was A+. Rooms were, well, so-so. Not too colorful, nor bright. Beds were very easy to sleep on; we were out in a second! Thank you, Hyatt O'H, for this chance to experience your uniqueness. Hope to come again.

Positives: Grand entrance, escalators, very cheerful staff.

Negatives: Parking fee, and Wifi fee.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 13 Aug 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

A good, standard convention hotel. Very modern design. The view is dull, but Rosemont is dull. Points for proximately to airport and train station into city.

Positives: Had a hotel shuttle to the airport.

Negatives: Limited choices for food at the restaurant/bar. Overpriced.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 09 Aug 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly, parking lot leads you to the hotel lobby, which is very convenient.

Positives: The restaurant food was good.

Negatives: There was no swimming pool.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 09 Aug 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

Very nice ambiance, the food is very pricey but average, wait staff were very helpful.

Positives: Very quiet for being near the airport.

Negatives: Very expensive parking - $22/day.

I will try to stay here again when going to Chicago. It isn't
far drive from downtown if you are looking for a quality stay.

Positives: Quick & easy check-in & out. Friendly staff & great room.

Negatives: I liked everything.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 25 Jul 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

Great place even without swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful.

Positives: Clean and courteous.

Negatives: No swimming pool.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 16 Jul 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

I would definitely rate the Hyatt Regency as one of the top hotels in the O'Hare area in all aspects, they were out of regular rooms and upgraded me to a suite which was sweet. Thanks Priceline and Hyatt!

Positives: Hotel has gone thru many positive changes and revamping.

Negatives: Long check in time 20 min, but very courteous.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 03 Jul 2010 rated 6 out of 10.

Nice hotel for business travel. Clean, well appointed and close to the airport. Shuttle transportation reliable.

Positives: Modern with good location.

Negatives: Restaurant was closed.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 02 Jul 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the Chicago area. About a 35 minute drive to downtown Chicago. With at least a 25% better rate than a comparable hotel in the downtown Chicago area.

Positives: No complaints at all. Met and exceeded expectations.

Negatives: Everything for us was great.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 02 Jul 2010 rated 5 out of 10.

Though the lobby is impressive and very much eye candy as well as containing many excellent eating areas, the rooms themselves were below our expectations. For some reason there was an awful smell when we first entered the room that lingered and stayed for our entire visit.

Positives: The location.

Negatives: The room.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 02 Jul 2010 rated 8 out of 10.

The hotel is nice. I called a head to confirm my room, and told them I would be arriving about 8 pm, upon check-in no room was available, so they stuck me in a room that was away from the rest, and had to climb stairs to get to it. Room was small, no bathtub, just a shower what was ok for me but some females prefer a tub. Room was cleaned daily, and the staff was friendly. Hotel charges $22 a day for parking, and they also charge $10 a day for Internet, not what you expect from a 4 star hotel, when 2 stars gives it to you free.

Positives: Location to the metro.

Negatives: Had to pay for everything, parking $22 a day, Internet $10 a day, not what you expect for a 4 star.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 15 Jun 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

New hotel, good location.

Positives: Great restaurants.

Negatives: Room was too cluttered with furniture.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 28 May 2010 rated 3 out of 10.

This hotel has very little in-common with hotel with the same name in Chicago, the air-conditioner did not work, cockroaches, enough said.

Positives: Location near airport.

Negatives: Cockroaches.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 17 May 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

Fits the 4 star category.

Positives: Typical upscale Hyatt, perfect business hotel.

Negatives: No real complaints.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 17 May 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

Very clean and updated rooms, friendly staff, nice bar area. Somewhat difficult to navigate from the parking area to the lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

Positives: Interesting layout, great staff, and very nice rooms.

Negatives: Difficult to navigate through the lobby, and the rooms were a little small.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 16 May 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

A good hotel for the price, convenient location makes it a good choice.

Positives: Convenient location, shuttle and restaurant in house.

Negatives: Room was a bit small but adequate.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 05 May 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

The staff was extremely friendly. there was a receptionist we met during check in who is getting married this October who was extremely friendly. Despite being near the airport,
I did not hear the planes. the room was very clean. we had a wedding at the rosemont, and it was connected to the hotel via a skybridge. The restaurant was great.

Positives: Great hotel, awesome staff, great location. Clean.

Negatives: No pool.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 03 May 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

This is a nice hotel, although it's age is beginning to show. It could use a face lift. The tower rooms are very small. It is very conveniently located to the airport and major interstates as well as the train to downtown Chicago. Parking is a bit steep and internet should be included at no additional charge.
Positives: Conveniently located.

Negatives: Room was very small.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 01 May 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

This hotel is breath takingly stylish. The staff did a wonderful job in making sure our room was cleaned everyday, giving us our privacy, helping us get around the city, and telling us of city attractions we might enjoy. I would definitely stay with at the Hyatt again.

Positives: I like the contemporary stlye of the hotel.

Negatives: I didn't like that the outside of the hotel didn't look as modernized as the inside.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 16 Apr 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

Very nice hotel to stay. One bad thing is the 25$ parking fee.

Positives: It is fancy and nice.

Negatives: Top restaurant closed, parking fee.

Beautiful hotel, but my room was very small. Didn't get a newspaper in the am. My business partner (I booked 2 rooms) didn't get a paper either.

Positives: Very nice decor and amenities.

Negatives: Parking was a hassle and expensive. No newspaper.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 27 Mar 2010 rated 5 out of 10.

Hotel was nice, not 4 stars, never been in a hotel with no bathtub and it should have a pool.
