River View Diner ( Dining / Indian ). Located at 1420 Southeast River Road. Riverview Diner opened its doors in May 2004 under the leadership of restaurant owner, Eleno Silva. Originally from Durango, Mexico, Silva immigrated to the United States and later began to learn the restaurant business as a dishwasher.
