Nice location. Clean and quiet, with business center. Televisions need to be up-dated to flat screens in rooms. Liked refrig and microwaves in rooms.
Positives: Quiet location. Business center.
Negatives: Nice linen quality, BUT dingy in color. Breakfast not included..

Nice looking hotel just off I-90 in peaceful area.

Its an excellent hotel for all reasons, the dinning in and bar was a bit pricey, but overall an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Perfect for the business traveler and adults without children. Great place to stay for a girls night out and or for the adult weekend getaway place for the night. The hotel was neat and clean and the staff was very attentive.

Negatives: For a family, the pool was a little to be desired - it was very small.

We've stayed at this hotel twice and enjoyed it both times. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a movie theater as well.
Positives: Very convenient location and free cookies in the lobby.
Negatives: Too much chlorine in the pool made us all itchy by the end of our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. It did not live up to its 3 star rating. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel advertised number adjustable beds, but only in king rooms. King rooms do not have a pull out couch so they can not be used if you are traveling with kids. The pool was awful. It had too much chlorine making it unusable. My children both had to get out after only a few minutes of use because they were coughing so badly.
Positives: The hotel was clean.
Negatives: The pool had way too much chlorine making it impossible to use. It actually made my children feel sick.

I find the accommodations of the 2.5 star just as good, and in fact sometimes even better than the 3 and 3+ and they usually provide a full breakfast.

Overall, the hotel was inviting, mediocre staff and clean rooms. Requests with housekeeping were ignored. Beds were evident of aging, making a bad back worse. Hotel was too far from any convenience, making a stay away from home seem longer. Would not recommend for a traveler with high energy or impatience. TV was an old tube with poor quality.

Nice hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was in great condition and housekeeping did a good job turning down the room each morning. Very accessible to various restaurants and shopping malls. Overall a nice hotel to stay in although breakfast should be included in the stay.

Overall, had a very good stay. It's a quiet hotel and beautiful decorated rooms. I liked the location to the tollway and the friendliness of the staff.

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. Here i was thinking that a hilton would have looked awesome but the floor we were put on had sheets and pizza boxes as well as garbage in the hall. All the pop machines on every floor were completely out of most of the pops. The staff was busy talking with each other then assisting me with my check in.

Negatives: The vending machines were all out of most of the pops.

Our check in was great but after that it went down hill. The TV remote was dirty with stuff within the keys and it hardly worked. When I took it down for new batteries I got a rude remark, gave it to housekeeping it still do not work right. You had to be right in front of it to work. Even sitting on the bed would not move the channel. No trash liners anywhere. Waste overflowing in can of lobby. Snotty unhelpful people at the front desk. Air conditioning did not reach the whole room. Pool had dirty looking yellow walls and there was brown foam in the whirlpool each night. The shower that was there had no handle to use. Had to take a shower each night afterwards in the room. The business center had no AC in it or it did but because of the amount of lights in there it did not feel like it. And lets address the issue about the $10 per person for the lobby breakfast. What a crock. It is not a dining room for people outside the hotel and it is easy to miss for people who do not travel a lot because it looks like a regular hotel with a breakfast included in the rates. Not impressed with this hotel.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Inn. I felt that the front service was outstanding upon check-in & check-out.

Very clean and modern room. Located right off the highway and very close to shopping mall and other entertainment.

This hotel was average. The room size was adequate and bed was somewhat comfortable. But the air quality was horrific. I have stayed in many other hotels and on occasion have chosen the rooms designated for smoking. I have not ever had an experience such as the one I had at this Hilton Garden. My guess is that they needed the carpets and heaters cleaned.
Positives: Bad air quality transcended the whole experience.
Negatives: The room had very poor air quality. So much so, that my sinuses were aggravated and I had to visit my doctor to rectify the issue.

The location was very convenient for us. We travel into Downtown Chicago twice during our stay and didn't hit much traffic either time, and the hotel location also made it easy for us to hop on the highway and get out of town at the end of our vacation. There were plenty of restaurants close by as well as Woodsfield mall only a few miles away.
Positives: Hilton Hotels still let me credit my Hilton Honors membership with the appropriate points!
Negatives: Our room was across from the elevators and we had to turn the fan to high to drown the noise of the dinging elevator and people in the hallway.

I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again. The beds were in rough shape but overall it was a fun experience. We had adjoining room with family and liked that option.
Positives: Clean. Had available business center, pool, and work out room. Used all three areas multiple times.
Negatives: The safety locks on the door did not work for the kids. Our 18 month old was able to open the door and run into the hallway.

The staff could care less if you were there or not. They seem like characters out of a SNL skit. The breakfast there is horrible. Save yourself the time and head down the street to IHOP or McDonalds.
Positives: It had a shuttle that went to the wedding I was attending.
Negatives: The bed was harder than a rock. The paper thin walls let me hear every SINGLE thing that was happening in the laundry room next to my room. Literally.

The lobby was very nice. It had fireplaces and plenty of places for socializing. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The maids were very prompt and courteous. Overall a great time!

I stayed here for 5 nights for a training conference. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. So I could go to the store and actually buy food I could have for dinner each night, instead of having to worry about where I was going to go. Room was clean (except for carpeting which was stained) and the bed, although nothing special, was comfy. The best thing was the complimentary business center, which is open 24 hours. I always had computer access there. This was a GREAT experience. Would recommend to others for business.
