We needed a place to go while our home was under construction. The location was great and the space was fabulous. We were able to continue with all our school and activities. The indoor pool at the end of the day was perfect to let the kids swim off some extra energy before bedtime. The only thing that wasn't mentioned that would have been nice was the fact the hotel does a complimentary dinner in the lobby. We cooked our own in our room.
Positives: The accommodations were perfect for a family of 6.
Negatives: Not able to check in early, stopped by 2 times and room finally ready at 3:30pm.

I wish I had known that the kitchen was included. It would be a perfect place for extended stay, but even a quick overnight such as I had will be even better next time, since I know what is there. The breakfast buffet was generous and wholesome and included. Next time I will bring a bathing suite and gym clothes for the pool and fitness center. I really like suite hotels for the at home feel they generate.
Positives: Room layout and kitchen amenities a great plus. Great breakfast included. Late checkout no problem.

Liked the extended stay hotel except for the free internet service did not work during the entire 4 night stay as the hotel was having technical problems with the service.

This is one of the best business travel hotels I have stayed at. It is new, clean and well lay out, with a fast free internet connection. Bright, cheerful service. After having stayed at some of the other hotels in the same class in the area, I was shocked at how good this one was for the price.

Just need to replace the majority of the staff, and this would no doubt be the best hotel in Glenview/ Northbrook area.

Would recommend this fine hotel ,but would fire staff member Norbert for the worst attitude of any of the 25-30 hotels I stay per year.

The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast. Pool and exercise rooms were great. It was very quiet and having a microwave and fridge in our room was very helpful. I'd definitely recommend it. Our big complaint was that we had called ahead of time and were told we'd have two non-smoking rooms adjacent to one another with two beds. Instead we got two rooms with a queen bed and they were clear down the hall from each other.
Positives: Breakfast was wonderful with a good assortment of food. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the exercise room. It was a great stay!
Negatives: We got two rooms and asked to have them adjacent. We were put at opposite ends of the hall from each other. It was a big inconvenience.

Very nice extended stay hotel as this was my first opportunity to stay at Stay bridge Suites. Nice studio room with an excellent breakfast and exercise room.

New construction and conveniently located to Chicago's northern suburbs. Generous size rooms and various multi room suite accomodations. Convenient to I94 and I294 Expressways.
