This charming Williamsburg style hotel has offered warm hospitality for 80 years. Sitting on a tree lined residential street two blocks from Lake Michigan with its beautiful lakefront parks and from Northwestern University The Homestead also sits on the edge of Evanstons vibrant and sophisticated downtown with theater music and a wide variety of restaurants many within walking distance.

This National Landmark building belongs to a lovely historic residential neighborhood interesting in itself. The Homestead offers graceful architecture and traditionally appointed rooms and apartments in a welcoming and personal atmosphere. Quince restaurant offers contemporary American cuisine a comprehensive wine list and outstanding service all at approachable prices. Quince has received excellent critical acclaim.
