I made a mistake by paying first. Before check in , I first visited the room to make sure it has everything I need. I found problem with water pressure and refrigerator has no freezer in it. So , I said "Look I got some home made food, I cannot stay here for one week without freezer, so I have to go somewhere else". The manager said "Well, you will have to pay for cleaning fee for "using" our room". I said I did not "use" your room at all. I did n't even unloaded my luggage yet. I think due to economic conditions people are getting disparate...

Positives: Cheap price, but you get what you pay for! 140+tax for single bed.

Negatives: Desparate to charge for anything.
