If you are traveling to Chicago on business and want to manage the budget, this is the place to be. They have good wifi connection, nice sitting areas, small but comfortable rooms. The only small downside for me was the bed was a little hard, but not terrible.
Positives: Convenient location. Small but well furnished room. Free wifi.
Negatives: Bed was on the hard side.

Great hotel with a nice room when you don't plan on staying in your room a lot, which is usually the case! Good service and great location!
Positives: The easiness of the luggage keeping service.
Negatives: Wireless didn't work out that well.

The room was small but clean. Would be best suited for a business traveler, or someone who is planning on spending almost no time at the hotel except for sleeping.
Positives: Room was very clean, tastefully decorated, liked the mini fridge and microwave.
Negatives: Room was small, felt a little cramped. Bed was too firm for my taste.

I would never intentionally use this hotel again because of the things I mention. I have always been pleased with airline tickets and car rentals.
Positives: Continued from 16. Charged more than $150.00 to get these cots.
Negatives: No pool, no double beds. Small rooms.

Good location at downtown, helping staff for parking, auto check-in and check-out, and nice room service.
Positives: good location, auto check-in and check-out
Negatives: Nothing

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Offered great suggestions on places to visit during our stay. Did a great job of accommodating our request to have our two rooms near each other. Quick delivery on our request for extra pillows, but they couldn't honor our request for extra blankets. Great hotel overall - I'd recommend it, but really only accommodates 2 adults per room, no more.
Positives: The eco-friendly and convenient water bottle facilities near the elevator.:)
Negatives: I wish the hotel offered rooms with two full/Queen sized beds.

Staff was great, great location right near Lasalle st. in the loop. Just a few blocks from the park.
Positives: The heat was not working properly. I called the front desk and within 5 minutes someone was up to fix it.
Negatives: My room didn't have a view, and it wasn't large enough to have more than 2 people which was fine for me.

This hotel was so cute and charming upon first inspection. The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful.
Positives: The decor of the rooms--they had cute books and DVDs already picked out and everything was well-stocked.
Negatives: Room was right next to the elevator shaft! could hear it moving all night!

The hotel was clean and efficient. We felt safe because of the use of the room card in the elevator to make the elevator go up. Our room and bathroom were very small, but we didn't feel crowded.
Positives: Free water and a bottle for it was available at the elevator door.
Negatives: Toiletries were not restored every day.

Good location, clean rooms, nice lobby, nice staff, the studio's were very nice, but the suite did not look like a suite, and we're with a large group but all our rooms were on different floors.
Positives: Staff was helpful.
Negatives: They forgot to put a rollaway in the room.

I had never heard of the Club Quarters hotel chain before our stay but am happy to say we were very impressed. From the doorman, lobby host and room maid, the entire staff were superb! I loved the fact that the floors were secure & were only accessible by room key. The rooms were nicely furnished & newly renovated it appeared and our room was nice and quiet. Perfect for sleeping. We would definitely stay there again.
Positives: The security of the building was outstanding.
Negatives: The bellman walking in and out of the room next door and the banging loudly repeatedly

The staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints there, asked for a roll away bed for son at check in, did have to call to request it again, but they delivered it right away after that call, very small room, no continental breakfast included.
Positives: Plastic bottles
Negatives: The room was very small and basic for a 3-star.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone; the room looked new and very currently updated. The staff had some of the best service I've experienced in the city; I liked the smaller size of the hotel; the free water on every floor was a great perk.
Positives: Excellent service; very clean and updated rooms.
Negatives: No coffee in public spaces.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is close to public transportation and was very clean. We had a few problems with the bathroom, but they were fixed immediately. The staff knew the area and had a lot of knowledge of the local tourist spots. Would stay here again.
Positives: The hotel was in an excellent location and looked great both inside and out.
Negatives: The internet was slow and the rooms were pretty small.

Great place to stay if you're not super picky. If all you need is a room to stay in while you're in town, it's clean and convenient. The free bottles and chilled filtered water are really handy before you head out and when you return. It can be a little noisy at times and our wireless signal in the room was pretty weak, but not bad. Overall, a great place to stay for the price!
Positives: The free bottles and chilled filtered water were really nice!
Negatives: Easy to hear noises from other rooms, wireless signal weak in our room.

This was a very attractive, conveniently located hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We found the hotel very close to Midway airport and the orange line (CAT) system. We would stay there again.
Positives: Very conveniently located to CAT and attractions, let us check in early and very helpful in finding tours.
Negatives: Hotel room and hallway is noisy.

This hotel was very comfortable, but I wanted to spend as little time there as possible since it's rather boring. As a result, Club Quarters in Chicago suits the business traveler well. Especially for leisure travelers, there is no point to stay in your room other than to sleep and to shower. One convenient and complimentary amenity is the water purifier machines and empty water bottles on each floor. It eliminates the need to buy bottled water elsewhere.
Positives: Very clean, friendly service, comfortable rooms, good shower and nice lobby.
Negatives: Very corporate and lacked personality.

It was very clean but the bathroom could have had more towels. It was comfortable and at a good location.
Positives: Very friendly staff.
Negatives: Elevator got stuck.

This hotel was very clean and very nicely decorated. The room was on the small side, but for one or two people, completely adequate. Everything was very up to date and modern. The location was fantastic. Very close to the El and right across the street from the bus station. I would definitely stay here again.
Positives: Great location, very clean and
Negatives: Shower was small.

The hotel shares the building with the Central Loop Hotel. Whilst I was there the lobby was being refitted and was rather cold and noisy with only one lift working. However, my room was clean, tastefully furnished and quite large (if rather dark). There is free and fast internet access in the rooms.
Positives: Decoration/furniture/ cleanliness of room. Free and fast internet access in the rooms.
Negatives: Room was very dark.

Overall, the experience was great.

Negatives: Needs more double beds.
