A nice hotel with nice rooms. Not very many amenities. We didn't even know the the hotel wants to be more than it is I think. Room service was very foofy and pretentious. It's only worth the price if you get a deal.
Positives: The help at the front desk.
Negatives: Hated the 4 pillows that were so feather and flatter than one good pillow when all 4 were put together.

All in all a very nice hotel. close to excellent shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there. there is some construction taking place next door and we happened to be on that side of the hotel so if we had wanted to sleep past 800 am it would have been impossible.
Positives: clean rooms and enough space in room for 4 people.
Negatives: its close to the northwestern hospital so we heard all the sirens all night long.

The location is perfect (the heart of the magnificent mile). The customer service is outstanding! The suites are like luxury apartments. The beds are extremely comfortable. The flat screen TV is fun! I was able to run to lake shore in minutes. Cab rides were just minutes away and very affordable. Concierge was very helpful as I was there alone and he made my stay safe and fun. The in room massage by Windy City Massage was superb! I have no complaints!
Positives: Location! I felt like I was in a luxury apartment. The customer service is outstanding!
