Sky-high cocktails are also served at The Up Room rooftop cocktail lounge, which gazes out over Chicago’s ever-changing cityscape. The 89-room hotel by Grupo Habita also offers meeting facilities and a swanky Panorama suite and bar, which are more attuned to sober sophistication, while the hotel’s Robey Hall, inside the old Hollander Fireproof Warehouse, is a multifunctional event space.
