It was a solid good. Staff ok; not above and beyond; room good, could have been cleaner -- a little dusty etc. but it didn't smell!

Positives: Location.

Negatives: It was ok; no fan or magnifying mirror in bathroom.

All things considered, I will definitely be back and have already recommended the hotel to everyone I've spoken with about the trip. Everything was awesome.

Positives: The food, the atmosphere, location, pool and sauna, the staff was very helpful, and the in-room coffee was to die for!.

Negatives: The hot tub was broken down the entire trip and would have been nice after a long day of walking.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was very responsive to our needs. Room was very spacious. Disappointed in the condition of the pool and hot tub, but a minor downside as we didn't spend much time there during our stay.

Positives: Hotel was clean and staff was very responsive to our requests. Room was very spacious.

Negatives: Pool/hot tub facilities were unkept and over chlorinated.

This hotel is a mixed bag. Great pool, awesome bed, and very good location and price for this quality. However, the daily parking rate ($52) was ridiculous when you could park across the street for as low as $12. Television was dismal; old TVs, no HD, no channel selection. On a sunny winter day, the room got too hot, and there was no way to bring the temperature down, (they have the air turned off in the winter).

Positives: Bed was fantastic.

Negatives: Television poor, channel selection awful.

If you're interested in a suite-style room with good location and cannot get into the neighboring Residence Inn by Marriott, then this is a good choice. Attentive, courteous, and friendly staff - clean rooms and good location. Good selection of very good restaurants (e.g. Rosebud) and nearby indoor parking allow travelers to avoid the wildly overpriced parking and hotel restaurant.

Positives: Location and suite style room.

Negatives: Sterile lobby, wildly overpriced parking, wildly overpriced restaurant.

Better deal than our friends got, and more amenities.

Positives: The suites were exactly like the photos and very comfortable.

Negatives: Hot tub could use more filtration.

Very nice place to stay, extremely helpful staff.

Positives: We liked it because it was a suite. We had a different room to sleep.

Negatives: Internet was expensive, and so was parking. Internet is almost free these days, they shouldn't charge so much.

Hilton Suites was perfect for our visit to Chicago. Our adult daughter was with us and the suite accommodated all of us well. The suite was attractive and extremely clean. The large bathroom and separate dressing/makeup area were great. We will definitely return on our next trip to Chicago.

Positives: The design of the suite was excellent. Ergonomics plus!

Negatives: The suite was small but very well designed.

It was ok...omly one restaurant to eat and it's menu was very limited. The guest book in the room had not been updated so the restaurant that they told you about and offered a menu was no longer there

Positives: The room was very quiet and spacious.

Negatives: It took almost 25 minutes to get checked in..only one person working on the computer.

This hotel sits in the shadow of the Hancock building. So it's location is excellent. The lobby is very professional, and the suite was stunning. The floor I stayed on remained very quiet the two nights I was there.

Positives: Stunning suite with an unbelievable price.

Negatives: This hotel exceeded my expectations. Nothing wrong!

It is literally right next to the Hancock building and right by Michigan Ave. shopping. Only downside is parking. $45 for valet parking at the hotel, which is your only hotel option. Other parking nearby is available for $30 per day. Overall, the hotel was gorgeous and had everything I needed.

Positives: Rooms were large and hotel had excellent location

Negatives: Valet parking was only hotel option and it was $45.
