The hotel was located downtown Chicago, which I loved. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel room was a little small, which was OK seeing we only stayed one night but it was really clean. I was disappointed that I had to pay parking fee of $55 a night on top of the hotel fee.
Positives: It was located exactly where I wanted it to, easy access for everything I planned.
Negatives: Paying extra for parking fee!.

Great location, property, and service. I will definitely stay there again!
Positives: Fantastic property and location! Would absolutely stay there again!
Negatives: $55 per day parking. Park down the street for $28 per day. The bellman will give you directions if you ask.

This hotel is in a great location, just off of Michigan Avenue next to the Hancock Tower and really close to shopping and food. A little disappointed by the $55/night parking fee and the cleanliness and air quality in the room. We love Chicago and will return, but probably to a different hotel!
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Down pillows, air quality questionable, cleanliness not A+, parking fee..

The hotel was great. However, frequently hotels reserve their broom closets for Priceline customers. The room was small and had a wonderful view of absolutely nothing. The hotel desk man was very nice as he checked me into a room that Harry Potter (while residing with his aunt, uncle & cousin) would have been proud of. If you stay in downtown Chicago it is wise to bid as low as you can - because parking, taxes and fees will kill you!
Positives: Great location!! Nice place.
Negatives: Very small room, outrageous parking cost, no view..

Worked out great for our getaway. We would stay there again. Parking was expensive. $55.00 for one night. The nice part was that the hotel had its own parking facility and was convenient.
Positives: The hotel was clean and in a great location for shopping in downtown Chicago. The bed was also very comfortable.
Negatives: It was very hot in our room. We had to turn the heat down to 63 degrees and it was still hot. The parking was really expensive. $55.00.

Pretty uppity, but not a lot to back it up. Paying for internet is something straight out of 1998. Any crappy motel off of the interstate provided this free of charge.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Backed up shower

The lobby was dirty and noisy. There was little or no areas in the lobby of quiet space. Some of the occupants were obviously not hotel guest, rather were off the street to keep warm, taking up hotel chairs. The cost of the hotel parking was expensive. The men parking cars were however very polite and accommodating. Our room was not stocked with shampoo or toiletries. We were billed for misc. items that we did not use or eat! However, the hotel desk did remove the charges when we asked them to. Not sure if we could recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.
Positives: The bedding was of the utmost in comfort!
Negatives: Noisy lobby with no quiet areas. Some of the occupants in the lobby were obviously not hotel guests either.

Great hotel on Michigan Ave! The walls were thin, and we could plainly hear our loud neighbors, but one call to the front desk and they immediately came up and asked them to be quite. The front desk staff was great, the beds were super comfy and the flat screens were even better. Great stay! Oh and the KC Royals stayed there!
Positives: Loved the location and beds. The staff was friendly and helpful!
Negatives: The halls were slightly creepy and walls kind of thin.

Our room was very nice. We had a view of the lake, which was a pleasant surprise. We have stayed at this Westin hotel before, and the beds here are really comfortable. The safe in our room didn't work, and the hotel staff offered to allow us to switch rooms (we did not switch rooms). Other than that, perfect stay!
Positives: Great location!
Negatives: Expensive parking.
