The hotel was very comfortable, our room had very nice bed linens but my daughter's room was not as nice and she got cold in the night - she said the heater wasn't working properly.
Positives: The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.
Negatives: Too much street noise.

This was a great place to stay. A $35 cab ride from O'Hare. It was a couple of blocks from the train, a safe neighborhood and cheap!
Positives: Good location, nice staff and no complaints.
Negatives: Smaller rooms, but we didn't care.

Overall it was a good stay. I got three double rooms and they weren't all the same size. Some were normal and some were really small.
Positives: It had a great location with a lot going on around it as well as being very clean.
Negatives: The rooms were on the small side.

I like this hotel for its location to the area and friends I visit when in Chicago.
Positives: Centrally located, close to transportation.
Negatives: Doors could be better insulated from hall noise.

The hotel and staff were nice. The room was small, but not bad for a one or two night stay over for two adults going to the ball game, etc. Overall I would say the hotel is nice with helpful staff. I'd stay there again.
Positives: Within walking distance to Wrigley Field, located in a nice part of town.
Negatives: Not much room to sit and eat the continental breakfast.

Great location--9 blocks from Wrigley and surrounded by nice little shops and pubs. Slept like the dead that night. The hallways are a bit warm and the elevator was tiny. Valet parking was around $22 for overnight, but was quick. All the employees were super nice and helpful.
Positives: The location was fantastic--only 9 blocks from Wrigley! And interesting shops surrounding it.
Negatives: The breakfast did not involve eggs or meat, only carbs and more carbs. Cereal, rolls, donuts, and waffles.

I keep forgetting that this hotel is as nice as it is. It's clean, rooms are nice for small rooms and it's just so darn convenient to where I like to spend time in Chicago.
Positives: You can't beat the convenience of this hotel - and the staff
Negatives: The room was almost impossibly small - and they need to upgrade the TVs.

A simple hotel in a great neighborhood.
Positives: Clean and comfortable rooms.
Negatives: Small rooms, cramped layout.

This is a great hotel for anyone who wants to be in the thick of the city especially those going to Cubs games.
Positives: The location.
Negatives: The breakfast space is poorly organized.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and what we expected. The bathroom was very large and had accommodations for those that might need more space. The only downfall was that is was a $20 cab ride (tip including) away from Union Station. Also, we were unsure how safe the area would be, so we chose not to go out near the hotel. Looking back (and having traveled to other places since), it was a safe area and there were lots of dining places near by. Also, the staff was very helpful in getting us Chicago Style pizza delivered. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Positives: Staff was very helpful and hotel was clean.
Negatives: It is not located in the center of the city attractions.

Negatives: Parking.

Negatives: AC was a little lacking.

The hotel is nicely located near Lincoln Park and a few blocks away from the brown line to the Chicago Loop. The price is right and the service is excellent. The continental breakfast is a plus, since it saved us money. Our overall experience was excellent for a Days Inn. They even have a safe box in the room. My wife liked this hotel better than the Holiday Inn located near the loop.
Positives: They have a dryer in the hotel. It pours on the way to the hotel and the dryer helped a lot.
Negatives: The room shows to be a bit old with small cracks.

The service was great. The continental breakfast was yummy and the rooms were huge. The room came with a snack and coffee and free water, which was great after a day of walking! The beds were soft and I slept great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone without kids simply because its not close to any attractions really and the neighborhood isn't great.
Positives: The rooms are huge and the valet parking was a bonus! The bell boys will do anything for you.
Negatives: Valet parking was $20 a day!

I stayed only one night on a last minute business trip. Everything worked very smoothly, and staff was very helpful with 'getting around' advice.
Positives: Lincoln Park location was excellent.
Negatives: Couldn't find remote for TV. - minor issue.

Stayed here for 1 night. Great location, close to shops, bars and restaurants. The walk to the nearest Subway station was fine by us (about 7 blocks, along a main road). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - they even called us to check everything was ok, because a staff member had noticed our door hadn't clicked shut properly and was slightly ajar. On the downside, the bedroom was a bit small and stuffy and the air-con was noisy (meaning we couldn't keep the air-con on overnight, but it was only a 1-night stay so wasn't so important to us), but the room was very clean, etc. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection.
Positives: Very helpful staff. Convenient location.
Negatives: The room was a bit small and stuffy, and with noisy air-con.

This hotel did its job for a place to sleep after a Cubs night game we were not in the room much. The hotel provides earplugs if you're a light sleeper because rooms arent very soundproof.
Positives: The staff was very courteous.
Negatives: The rooms arent very modern and you can hear every door close.

Visitors cannot judge the sophisticated and charming interior by it's stark, businesslike, and exterior. The staff is warm and helpful. The layout of the floors reminds you of a vintage apartment complex. The location is wonderful; right in the heart of tons of restaurants, boutiques and specialty stores. Its minutes away from Downtown Chicago. It's really a lot of fun. I will definitely be staying there again, soon!
Positives: The atmosphere was quaint and charming. The location was convenient and exciting.
Negatives: There is only one elevator from the ground level up.

Very clean, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast.
Positives: Close to family.
Negatives: Parking is inconvenient and expensive.

This hotel was very nice, and some of the staff was very friendly. Disappointing part came at check out where we were accused of lying about a movie watched and the people at the front desk wouldn't take the amount off our bill. It was necessary to get the general manager of the building involved, all over a $11 charge. Seems to go completely against the Hotel's pledge of good customer service.
Positives: Location was close, rooms were clean.
Negatives: Staff accused us of lying.

Rooms very small, staff very courteous. Close to Wrigley, Valet parking was nice. Showers had very low water pressure, overall, a room to sleep in, worked just fine for us!
Positives: Close to Wrigley, Bars, restaurants.
Negatives: Rooms were very tiny.
