the room was very spacious, the bathroom was clean and very nice. they had a ironing board and iron in the room, with 2 bottles of water. So very fancy, the room was decorated so nice with the warm colors.
Positives: The rooms were big and bathrooms were clean, really nice look of the room, fancy
Negatives: We couldn't get our key to work, but after the 3rd trade in someone showed us, no trouble after that.

Terrible. Gave us the wrong room. The one they gave us was occupied and that was a surprise for sure. There was trash in the fridge and there were ants on the bed.
Positives: Close to Wrigley Field.
Negatives: Gave us occupied room, ants in room, trash in fridge.

This was actually the hotel I wanted to try, but all of Chicago was sold out due to a radiology convention. I had never used Priceline before but they were a lifesaver. They got me the hotel on a booked up weekend when the hotel was out of rooms on their site. It was very clean, super cute, and located in Wrigley ville on Broadway in walking distance of the lake and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
Positives: The location was perfect. It was close to everything, was safe and was very cute and their animal-friendly bath products were fantastic.
Negatives: My room was above the garden were everyone ate breakfast. I was up late/sleeping in this trip and the noise (including a very yippy dog) was not great

Friendly speedy check-in. I had to conduct business in the area for 3 days and all my needs were met. The only small inconvenience was that anytime I needed to get my car out I couldn't just get my car and go. The voucher system takes time and the garage is only staffed with one person at a time so if you arrive to get your car you end up waiting for the attendant to come back from wherever. I stood looking right at my car for up to 10 minutes at a time while the attendant came back then found my keys. I was never quite sure what was going on with those vouchers either. At one point I was told my voucher was expired but it was the first one I was given on the first day. The attendant took it but I felt like I had done something wrong.

We were in town for a game at Wrigley. The hotel was really over priced but that is typical for Chicago. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm and our confirmation said check in was at noon and our hotel room was not ready. This was extremely inconvenient because we had a small child and plans for that evening. The room was ok. We've stayed in much nicer for less. Now the thing that really upset me is that my daughter ate breakfast the morning we checked out and drank a glass of milk. We were not even out of Chicago yet and she got sick in the car from the milk. I have no use for this hotel. Oh yeah the parking is next door and you have to park your car and get your luggage out so if you have multiple bags your making multiple trips. Don't drink the milk!
Positives: The location was amazing for we were going.
Negatives: Our room was not ready 3 1/2 hours after check in and my daughter got sick from the breakfast!

Looks much better on the outside promotional material than the inside. Within walking distance of Wrigley Field.
Positives: Great staff.
Negatives: Carpet stains and no view.

Had to change rooms due to the AC. I purchased a deluxe room, but there was nothing deluxe about it. Very standard room. Not at all close to where I needed to be. Not a great local for business travelers.
Positives: Cozy from the outside.
Negatives: Old wallpaper, bad, loud AC.

The hotel was centrally located for Wrigley Field. The staff was wonderfully receptive and very helpful and pleasant. The parking garage was easily accessible and reasonably priced.
Positives: The location, the room and the cleanliness were outstanding.
Negatives: The location of the continental breakfast and eating area was exceptionally poor.

Comfortable, well managed and maintained with a competent staff and great location for anyone new to Chicago like my friend and I who were first time visitors. I'd come back!
Positives: Proximity to Wrigley field, shops and transportation in a great neighborhood.
Negatives: More room to eat indoors.

The hotel is surprisingly quaint and comfortable. It almost brings about a country feeling in the city. The room was nicely laid out with a lounge/study area as well as a sleeping area. The bathroom had an old world charm with its cute sink and fixtures. It was nice being so close to where all the action is in Chicago. It would be impossible to not have a good time in that neighborhood.
Positives: The location of the hotel is ideal for anyone looking to be within walking distance of restaurants and clubs.
Negatives: The view from the room faced a brick wall. This can be expected in the city.

Our stay at the best western was very pleasant. It was within walking distance to Wrigley field, and the staff was nice and very helpful.
Positives: This hotel exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and decent breakfast.
Negatives: Free parking was very limited, but for $20 a day parking garage is next door.

You don't go to Wrigley Field to sit in your hotel room. If you want convenience, this is totally the way to go. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly enough (we didn't need a whole lot from them). Awesome location for just about everything. The neighborhood is one of the 3 most affluent in the city and pretty safe. I'd stay there again if I needed to go to Wrigley.
Positives: Awesome location. So close to Wrigley Field. About a 10 minute walk.
Negatives: It's not deluxe accommodations but it's clean and comfortable.

The perfect place to stay to go to a game at Wrigley Field. Also, just a short distance to the Magnificent Mile and other attractions in Chicago. Parking was reasonably priced.
Positives: Proximity to Wrigley Field was great - nice spacious room.
Negatives: Only thing it could improve is its fitness equipment - not really high quality.

I thought the hotel was very nice and very reasonably priced. The room was great. The staff was very helpful. The location wasn't too bad. There were lots of restaurants nearby but, unfortunately, we didn't get to eat at any. It was close to the "l" train. We walked down to the l and the neighborhoods were nicely kept, lots of people out with their children or jogging. I would definitely stay there again.
Positives: It was a nice, quaint hotel. Very clean, nice breakfast and I liked the location.
Negatives: Small bathroom sink - pedestal sink.

The location was fantastic. There was continental breakfast in the morning. Three coffee shops were within 2 blocks. Great restaurants to choose from in area. Located in Lakeville, so it was really close to Wrigley Stadium and the nightlife that goes along with it. The red line was about a half mile from the hotel, and it took about 10 minutes to get downtown from the train. This was a very pleasant, affordable option for a trip to Chicago.
Positives: The location was excellent, about a half mile to the Red Line. Near Wrigley ville and restaurants. Comfy beds.
Negatives: We were in a smoking room on the first floor, the walls are thin, so it was a little noisy.

This hotel is great for going to cubs games. It is within walking distance of Wrigley field and is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of shops nearby. Also the parking fees here were about half of what it cost to park anywhere else.
Positives: This was a charming well kept older hotel.
Negatives: The furniture arrangement was not the most convenient. The television was in a corner and was hard for everyone to watch.

A very nice little hotel, tucked away on a active street. It was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful. The decor was Victorian, I do not really care for, but the hotel had that "something" that most places forget. I will return again and again.
Positives: I like the free wi-fi.
Negatives: I do not care for the Victorian decor.
