Horrific Experience. I booked through Expedia, who said nothing about any dog poliices. Their webpage says nothing about dogs. After checking in, the manager (Sandra Maldinado) saw my two pure bred dogs and kicked me out. She refused to refund my money, even though we never went inside the room. She ruined my wife's birthday weekend getaway where we travelled 500 miles.

I contacted Caribou's corporate office where they've refused to intervene. I cancelled the room through Expedia who verified with them -- Expedia stated there wouldn't be any charges, but Caribou still charged my credit card. I've had to contest this matter through my bank. But, they still managed to ruin my wife's birthday getaway. Their corporate office wouldn't do anything and blew me off.

I didn't authorize them to access my credit cards, because that business was done through Expedia. Horrible place.

Positives: None! The place was a dump.

Negatives: The corporate business is all corrupt.
