It was truly a pleasant stay all around. I didn't use the pool, but it was a good size and quite appealing.
Positives: It was a 2 star hotel and yet the attention to detail was of an upper scale hotel.
Negatives: The location wasn't the best. It didn't take that long to get to where I needed to be though. It was well worth the drive.

Hotel was convenient to airport and downtown area. Lots of eating places around them. Great free breakfast
Positives: Staff was always available for any questions, kept eating area clean and well stocked. Very friendly staff.
Negatives: Hallways smelled like smoke. Rooms did not have full curtains.

Great place to stay, enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and the fact that the pool was open 24hrs. The rooms were very nice and included a mini fridge and coffee and a desk and a 2 seat table.

Negatives: the parking lot was covered in compacted snow and ice

Rooms clean and comfortable, well worth staying here, only problem with the outside appearance is that it is very simple and plain, but then again I saw it at night not daytime.

We were ignored. Customer service was terrible. We were put in a noisy room in the hall.

The room was a very good value for the price. The breakfast was also very good. The pool and hot tub were larger than other hotels.

I am a yearly visitor to this city on memorial day. This motel has an excellent location and having stayed here before with good results I would recommend it highly.
Positives: Ideally located with great atmosphere.
Negatives: No complaints.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The location was convenient to the highway. It was a little tricky to find because there are two Best Western hotels within 2 blocks of each other, so I started at the wrong one. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance after 12 hours in the car. I also had to wait for 5 minutes or so for a staff member to arrive at the front desk to check me in or out. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but the staff didn't impress me.
Positives: Room was clean, location was convenient.
Negatives: I had to wait a long time at the front desk both to check in and check out (no staff at the desk) and was double charged.
