You had my room ready for me when
I got there, also
I was hurting when
I got there and the lady
at the front desk let me use the hot pool when
I got there. It was time to close, but she keep it open for me.

Positives: Everything.

Negatives: Nothing, need a new sofa bed.

The cleanliness of this hotel was excellent. The breakfast was very good and I have never stayed at a hotel that was so quiet. I would visit this hotel again.

Positives: The cookies were awesome! It was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at.

Negatives: Having to wait until 3:00pm to check in.

Country Inn and Suites is where I always try to stay when I travel, because there are no surprises! The rooms are very nice, always clean, always helpful staff, cookies and lemonade in the lobby in the afternoons. Free breakfast is very helpful, especially if you are in a hurry to get somewhere early. Gym and Indoor pool are nice, too. I would definitely recommend this chain.

Positives: The hotels look the same, no surprises. Always clean, free breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Negatives: I liked everything.

The hotel is beautiful. But the service was poor. The towels in the room were wet. And the replacement towels were wet also. I complained about the tub being clogged and mattresses coming off the bed but the staff acted indifferent and were not quick to correct the situation. In fact, when I complained at 10:00 am about the tub, I was advised that the maintenance man would not be in unit 5:00 p.m. - about 3:00 p.m. I was told the maid "fixed" the problem and the mattress situation was never corrected.

Positives: The location is convenient, the breakfast was awesome and the overall appearance is excellent.

Negatives: The mattress kept coming off, the tub was stopped up, towels wet and the toilet seat was broken.

Our stay was most unpleasant. The Grace Fellowship Bible Church hosting us was embarrassed in that they had specified. Our requests for a handicap accessible first floor location were not honored. One of the first things my wife noticed in Room 202 was the flea on the bed spread. She turned downright unpleasant when we had questions. The WiFi connection works, if slowly, but is an unsecured and somewhat unstable network and when I asked to do to use the land line, she had no clue told us that there was a card on our desk and that should explain the internet connectivity, but there was no such. Now in a glowering nasty mood, said she would have maid service bring us the missing card, but that never happened. My wife found a worker in the hall and asked if she had a tent card on her card but when she did not, the worker took one out of another room. The tent card had no information about using the Land line, only WiFi, and by this time I knew from my computer that I could not use your land line unless I had a user name and a password. When I called the corporate offices to explain that the person in charge was unable to answer simple questions and was increasingly unpleasant each time I would ask a question, the number for getting a user name and password was given to me. When I called the user name/password number the first time I waited more than 5 minutes and the second time more than 10 minutes. After we retired for the night and were fast asleep when your security man pounded on our door to wake us up between 11 and 11:30 pm. He said that the Country Inn & Suites central office had called and told him to help us with our internet connection and to do it immediately. The security man who had awakened us was at the front desk in the morning and he again said that he had been instructed to pound on our door to wake us by the woman in charge and that her instructions were a product of having been called by Country Inn & Suites office. It seems highly unlikely to us that we were being told the truth, for were this story true, management judgment must be called into question. There is a computer with a printer to the right of the front desk area in the lobby and we asked if it would be allowable for me to print two pages of notes for Bible teaching. When told that would be fine, it turned out there was no ink in the printer. When we arrived back home there was a message from General Manager Stacey Brumburg requesting that I call her because she had been surprised of our situation and knew that we had some problems during our stay. By the time we got Manager message, our host church had already paid the bill and we were more than 700 miles away. No doubt we should be grateful that her call was only about three days late and that she did not call us in the middle of the night.
