The hotel is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment, etc. It is in need of refurbishment.
Positives: Complimentary breakfast. Location.
Negatives: It needs renovation. The mattresses were dusty, Roaches.

It is run down, with attempts to make it better. staff is really mixed, but in general they are good. little in area to make up difference.
Positives: Staff tried to make-up difference.
Negatives: Room not ready, too small, no extra pillows, hard to get extra towels.
