Very nice, good hospitality, quiet, only thinkg that I wouldn't have liked if I hadn't been up by 9 am is someone knocking to see if we were up etc...(housekeeping). Knowing that your checkout is at noon, I felt that this was not a good thing.
Positives: Room was surprisingly equipped with a kitchenette!! very good!
Negatives: Hard bed.

Positives: Concierge was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Negatives: Interior room was noisy

Beautifully decorated historic building right at River Street and a convenient walk to many downtown historic sites. Excellent staff who were friendly and catered to our needs. Plenty of free breakfast including eggs & sausage, waffles, biscuits, fruits, juices, coffees, soft drinks, the list goes on. Lots of other foods later in the day too all free for hotel patrons. Room was well equipped - full kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean - carpet, walls, floors - totally pleased. The only annoyances were the parking fee which they waived since we signed on to their membership (free) club, and the fact that when we checked out, they wouldn't give us a receipt since we paid using Priceline. Since they swiped my credit card at check-in, "for incidentals" as they said, I thought it would be appropriate for them to provide a receipt, even though we didn't have any incidental charges (like phone calls, etc.). We were very satisfied overall with our experience here.
Positives: Very friendly staff. Convenient to River Street. Comfortable mattresses. Plenty of "free" food!
Negatives: Parking fee, but waived if joined hotel chain member which was free so we did.

The location of this property to old Savannah was excellent. The building has been beautifully restored and has some unusual architecture. The rooms were quiet and spacious. Public spaces were inviting and friendly. The staff, overall, went out of their way to be cordial. The check in desk clerk was adequate but not overly friendly. The cooked breakfast is a nice addition. Would gladly stay there again.
Positives: The breakfast was well better than average.
Negatives: Desk Service was okay, nothing special.

Our room was clean and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we need. They were great.
Positives: The staff were great.
Negatives: It was at the far end of the strip. I would have liked to have been closer to the middle.

Parking is a problem, unloading or loading is a problem. When parking in the parking garage, which only allowed the guest to park on the top level. For a handicap person this was a long climb of 4 stories. Only 4 handicap spots close to the hotel. I will not stay there again due to a lack of handicap parking spaces.
Positives: A good location.
Negatives: From our room you could only see the side of a building.

This is an excellent place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast buffet, plus the sundown reception three nights a week is good. Parking is available and only cost $7 per day. Check in and out was very easy.
Positives: The hotel was conveniently located to everything. We walked to the restaurants and Riverfront just across the streets. We never had to drive anywhere.
Negatives: There was nothing that I did not like.

Upon arrival at the Stay bridge, the staff gave us a warm Savannah welcome. The lobby was very inviting and has very nice area with tables and comfy chairs to enjoy your breakfast in the morning or snacks and cold beverages in the evening for the sundowner reception. The hotel is located right on Bay Street which is just across the street from the Riverfront and centrally located, so everything downtown is within a five to 15 minute walk at the most. The only real regret that I had was only being there for one night.
Positives: The lobby was beautiful and the location could not have been better.
Negatives: The corridor to the guest rooms are hot and muggy.

The hotel is located in a great spot. The rooms need upgraded. Our bathroom door would not close unless the toilet lid was up. The room was very small with a window that looked into an inside hallway. The price is way too high for the quality of the room. The hotel staff was very unfriendly, check in slow, and an attitude of they do not care. Not impressed and won't be staying here again.
Positives: The location was very good, right on bay street downtown Savannah.
Negatives: Parking was terrible, valet only, front desk did not care if you were there or not.

This hotel is set in a renovated building right across the street from river street. It is comfortable, all rooms have a kitchenette, are very clean and they have a wonderful breakfast every morning. But what will keep me coming back, is the wonderful friendly staff here on every level. They were great!
Positives: The breakfast, the nice accommodating suites, and the people that worked there were nice.
Negatives: The fact that it did not have a shuttle from the airport.
