I stayed in this hotel for 6 days and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody! I stayed in hotels at least twice a month and this was one of my most disappointing stays. When we checked in, they would not let me have a room with a king size bed although such rooms were available. I asked if the room with a king size bed was more expensive and it turned out that it was not the case. I also asked for a wake up call every morning and on two occasions did not get one. There were also several parties (one was wedding) while we stayed. Friday and Saturday were particularly noisy. I had to call security several times as the noise was unbearable. My daughter was in a tennis tournament that started at 8am and their buffet breakfast was never available on time during our stay.
Positives: The house keeping staff did a good job.
Negatives: The staff in general was very unfriendly except the house keeping staff.

Excellent for a three star. Could potentially rate as a higher star. Outstanding experience.
Positives: Great for the price.
Negatives: Did not have enough time there.

This hotel has very unhelpful staff. We were asked to move rooms 3 times and not compensated for the inconvenience. A very disorganized staff and very rude. I would not recommend this hotel for my dog. Very disappointed. I have stayed a Double Tree hotels for the last 15 years and will not stay with them again.
Positives: Very terrible.
Negatives: Staff was unhelpful and did not accommodate us as a family.

Comfortable, pleasant, more than met our needs and expectations.
Positives: Pleasant and comfortable.
Negatives: Can't think of anything we did not like.

Although pleasantly surprised after phone experience. I would not say this is a 3 star or better. The room was clean but tired, tub and tiles especially. Although the amenities said WiFi there was a charge for this. Never did find the whirlpool they said they had either.
Positives: After experience on phone hotel staff there was kind and helpful.
Negatives: Attitudes and unwillingness to help with room type.

This hotel is best described as one of those Grand Hotels. The lobby was lovely and large. A lot of sofas & big comfortable chairs. Their restaurant was separate from their lobby which was great not like most the hotels now a days where you can look a people eating from the lobby. You needed your card for access to the pool area which made me feel safe - not anyone off the street would be able to enter like other hotels. Plus they give you those wonderful hot cookies any time you ask!
Positives: I can't pick just 1 thing - I loved it all.
Negatives: I really can't think of 1 thing.

This was just a 2-night head-in-bed stay. Did not use any of the extra facilities. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was friendly and efficient, and the warm cookies were awesome.
Positives: Convenience to northern suburbs of Atlanta. Friendly desk staff. Neat single-serve coffee maker.
Negatives: Bathroom smelled musty and old. Typical hotel leaky sink stopper.

Exceeded my expectations. Would love to stay there again. Looked more like a 4 star hotel rather than 3.
Positives: Well kept and beautiful.
Negatives: No business internet in room--had been out for a week.

Comfortable beds. Efficient room. Quality aura. All the necessary creature comforts. The staff I encountered was very amiable and welcoming. Exactly what I needed. Will indubitably recommend and stay again.
Positives: Free warm cookie at checking - very nice!
Negatives: Small, tiny bathroom. Very slow broadband connection.

The most annoying thing about the hotel was the elevators. I have never had to wait so long anywhere! There were several times that we just gave up and used the fire escape stairs to get to our room or from the room to the lobby. Several of the other guests in the hotel had the same frustrations and were resorting to using the stairs too. It was so bad that we even used the fire escape stairs when we all left with our luggage in toe! We literally sat a the elevators for 20 minutes (no joke!). Also, the design of the pool area is very poor. There is very little room for people to sit and watch what is going on in the pool, due to these huge concrete square pillars, that blocked the view of everything. I have never seen anything like it. It made watching my 10-year-old in the pool a chore, when I should have been able to relax.
Positives: Great location!
Negatives: Every time we tried to use the elevator the wait was so long we usually ended up using the fire escape stairs!

Negatives: No refrigerators.

The hotel messed up my reservation. When I came in Sunday night, they had checked me out, locked me out of my room, although my paid reservations was through Monday. It was fortunate that I had my online reservation with me to prove I had paid. This even though when I checked in on Friday night, the person noted I was staying through Monday morning. Not good.
Positives: Good location.
Negatives: Not near many restaurants.
