I had stayed here a couple of years ago and was satisfied with the stay. This visit, it seemed as the people went beyond your expectations to make sure you had a pleasant stay.
Positives: Very friendly staff and very clean.
Negatives: I was completely satisfied.

The hotel was much better than I expected. The bed was wonderful. The kitchen was very functional and included cookware which I didn't expect. The bathroom was very roomy and the place generally felt like more of an apartment than a hotel room. A+.
Positives: The bed was wonderfully comfortable.
Negatives: The maid's tended to come early before we had a chance to get up and out of the room.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Very Clean everything you need was provided. I loved this place and will definitely try to stay here again.
Positives: The Security the cleanliness friendly staff and more than exceeded my expectations. Everything you could need is provided.
Negatives: Not one thing I could say I didnt like.

The stay at the hotel was great however when we went to check out and tried to pay with our Marriott gift cards we were unable to do so. The staff told us that already paid them and there was nothing they could do about it. Also when I went to the hotels website the cost of the room was the same as what I paid, so no savings were seen.
Positives: Its cleanliness, size and comfort.
Negatives: Not much to tell we liked it.

Extremely good value for the area. Friendly staff and good location.
Positives: Very friendly staff at check in and also the cleaning staff.
Negatives: No king size bed. I am 6-4 and a queen size feels small.

The hotel and staff were cordial and the room was impeccable. It was centrally located and had a cozy atmosphere. I am impressed with Orlia, an employee who showed professionalism all the time. I felt like being at home and most important, I felt we were in a safe place!
Positives: I really enjoyed the hotel and employees in special to Orlia, very friendly and professional.
Negatives: The continental breakfast is very limited.
