Very impressed with my over all experience the lobby was beautiful, and the availability of the MAC computers was awesome. The room was extremely nice, and I would definitely stay here again. I only live 2 hours on the west side of Atlanta but stayed here for the<BR/>PGA golf tournament and it was well worth the price.
Positives: The shower was amazing!
Negatives: Only there for about 5 hours, so nothing to complain about.

I would stay here again, convenient to restaurants, major exit, and had free WiFi which is a must.
Positives: Ease of checkin, good room, good restaurant, I ate breakfast.
Negatives: Entrance to hotel a little tricky. No cell phone usage inside the building. Very odd.

Very comfortable - very friendly staff - cozy bed and great room. Loved everything except the pool which was a disappointment.

This hotel is very convenient to a lot of attractions, shopping, etc. The rooms are nice and clean.
Positives: Liked the location and the clean rooms.
Negatives: Did not like the fact that there was no continental breakfast in the morning.

If I were to stay at this hotel again, It won't be anytime soon, due to location, it is out of the way and isolated from anything convenient such as, grocery stores, and gas stations. Although the rooms were clean, our rooms did not get serviced with new towels as well as our beds made until we requested it twice. Overall, this hotel is more like a 2 star hotel.
Positives: It was new and clean.
Negatives: Hotel is fairly new and in an out of the way location, and still working out the bugs with the staff.

The rooms were very nice, probably 4 stars worthy. The halls and common areas were more like 3 stars. Nothing fancy, but very functional and clean. Everyone at the front desk was outstanding. The fitness center and pool were small, but I was still the only person using the fitness center on Sunday morning. I arrived for breakfast at 10:05 on Sunday morning, but they stopped serving at 10 am. Just a slight disappointment. Seemed to be in a very nice, safe area.

Nice hotel that needs better management. The rude night-time front desk clerk yelled at guests, would not look at guests and never welcomed us or said thank you. The day-time desk personnel were charming, thoughtful and polite.The ice machine made only slush. The Coke machine sold hot drinks.The bed was hard and lumpy.

An average upscale hotel, it didn't offer anything more or less than I expected. I did not try any of the amenities or the restaurant, but it was adequate. The shower had great pressure and temperature control.

I have done quite a bit of traveling with my children this year and the staff at this hotel was by far the most friendly, helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond for me and my family.
Positives: It was new and clean-beautiful landscaping and serene getaway patio with nature at your backdoor. I look forward to early morning to getaway there!

All in all, this was a good place to stay. We were headed to the Gwinnett Arena for a concert & the hotel is in the same parking complex as the Arena so we could simply walk over. Excellent! The lobby was spacious and clean and the room was clean with a nice shower & comfortable bed. Desk staff was gracious, interested & helpful. Very attentive! Breakfast should have been included, but wasn't, otherwise a perfect stay!
