I liked this hotel because the staff were friendly and helpful. I was on a buying trip and they helped me consider to get around town. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a 1st floor room they were booked.

Positives: The staff were wonderful. Helpful and friendly.

Negatives: I could not get a 1st floor room.
