Very good experience overall. A little difficult to find but the friendly and helpful staff made this hotel a good choice. A good value for the money.

Everything I expected. No surprises which is a good thing. It is quiet even though the I-20 is close.
Positives: Friendly staff, cleanliness, near restaurants, easy access to interstate.
Negatives: Air conditioner lowest temp adjustment is 65 degrees.

I will definitely us it again.
Positives: The room was spacious and I enjoyed the way the heating/air system worked.
Negatives: The was a problem with the ice machine. It took approximately 10 minutes to fill the bucket.

Easy access off the interstate, sign visible from interstate. Located between 2 restaurants a plus. Accommodations above average in room size, nice TV, iron & ironing board, coffee pot, large closet, large bath room which will accommodate a couple.
Positives: The person at the front desk worked diligently to accommodate all needs.
Negatives: The hotel has a very nice, dining area for continental breakfast but inadequate number of chairs per table only 2?

Hotel was clean from first appearance. But if you look closer, the place is tired! It needs spring cleaning, painting. The room door rattles every time someone enters or exited their room. The cars in the parking lot could be heard clearly.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Noisy, Front Desk was less than helpful.

This is a very clean hotel. The staff is friendly and there is easy access to shopping, food and the freeway. I'd stay there again.
Positives: It was very clean. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. I'd stayed there before and had a wonderful stay then as well.
Negatives: The room had double beds and I wasn't asked if that was okay.

Its a nice place to stay overnight.
Positives: I loved the good parking and the free internet. They also had a lot of channels.

The hotel did not have a very good outside first impression, but the inside was very nice. The breakfast was very good.
Positives: Cleanliness and felt very safe.

I would definitely recommend it to friends, family and business associates. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have seen in a long time!! Keep up the good work! Staff was helpful and patient! It is also in a prime location for restaurants and shopping.
Positives: Al was great at the front desk. Rooms were clean & comfortable!
Negatives: Didn¿t have wireless access and could not get online for business.

The hotel definitely met my expectations. I will definitely consider staying again since I have immediate family in the local area. I do think in such case of my staying there on a regular basis (3 tines a year) there should be some type of discount program. Maybe you could offer programs for people who are natives of Rockdale County. I am sure there is an advantage to such a program.
Positives: Customers service was excellent and the cleanliness commendable.
Negatives: They do not participate in Military Discount Program.

I always enjoy this LQ. I went and bought Ajax to disinfect tub. Breakfast was convenient.

They received dogs in all the rooms the pool was dirty and the lock of my room 412 you can get in only put in a card to the side the lock broken old the time, they did not clean the rooms because you have a cloth on the bed , a have several guess friend Latino friend in the hotel and same problem not clean the room not towels etc. I lost my money terrible. thank any way, David Zapata.

Great hotel at economical price. Friendly staff. Rooms comfortable with bed comforters and good pillows. Nice amenities including free high speed DSL. Will stay again in future.
