Today, people still enjoy camping at Lake Pines Campground, easily being one of the best georgia campgrounds. Lake Pines is now a 69-site RV Park under the management of the 2nd generation.

Lake Pines Campground is a family-operated campground in Midland, Georgia, which is just outside of Columbus, Georgia. Lake Pines features complete Recreational Vehicle (RV) facilities and The Barn for company outings, family get-togethers, corporate events and holiday parties. Lake Pines also houses The Chapel, Lillie House, and The Pavilion as a wedding chapel for indoor weddings, outdoor weddings, and wedding receptions.
