This is an awesome hotel surrounded by a resort. Free parking, gorgeous view, business park, solid gym facilities.
Positives: Resort-like.
Negatives: Room WIFI not free.

Always good.
Positives: The rooms are spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The Heavenly Beds are just that!
Negatives: The morning staff knocks too loud on doors around those that say, DO NOT DISTURB... very annoying.

Very friendly staff and nice public area. Small rooms and small bathrooms. The bathtubs were rusted and old and the wallpaper was peeling. The bed was soft; however, there were small bugs that the staff claim were fruit flies. I would not recommended this property to anyone regardless of price. Also, there was no security in the covered parking garage
Positives: The staff was very helpful.
Negatives: Bugs in the bed and small rooms.

My wife will never go back to this hotel.

Negatives: Much too contemporary. Furniture disfuctional and old. Depressing colors - gray and black.

It was better than an equally expensive bed and breakfast we stayed at.
Positives: Location was convenient. Close to shopping centers
Negatives: Noise from a service truck parked in front.

Besides the free parking, this hotel was terrible. The rooms are tiny and the hallways are dark. The rooms had an updated TV but the bathrooms are not updated at all. This hotel might have been a four star hotel when it was first built, but it is now at best a two star hotel.
Positives: Free parking.
Negatives: Everything else.

The hotel itself was very nice. I have stayed at this hotel before and I enjoyed our stayed. However, in this visit, I was very disappointed when we got to our room. The room and bathroom were very small. The furniture was old, water stained and rickety. I was very disappointed with this room. I do not know if the hotel reserved these rooms for only customers because of the discount they are getting and save the better rooms for customers that are paying more. So much for celebrating our wedding anniversary.
Positives: The hotel lobby was very nice.
Negatives: The hotel room was very disappointing.

This hotel was just OK. Definitely not 4 star quality. The pillows on the bed were overly soft, uncomfortable and dirty and I had to request that they be changed. At 1pm the second day of my stay, housekeeping still had not come to clean my room so I had to call the front desk to see if I was ever going to have the room cleaned.
Positives: It was a bonus that the parking was free and the staff was friendly for the most part.
Negatives: The down pillows on the bed were too soft and were extremely dirty to the point where we had to request they be changed.

This was our first stay at a Westin. Therefore, we did not know what to expect. I booked a 2-night stay; each night was nothing alike. First night. Alarm clock was ringing when we walked in around 8:30 pm, it was set for 6:30 pm. Restroom smelled of mildew. Volume on TV had a mind of its own, while watching a program, the volume automatically started increasing as though we were using the remote. Loud telephone ringer or alarm in the early morning (somewhere between 2 am -5 am) in the room next door. Second night. I was moved to a different room due to the mildew odor that they could not eliminate. It was an excellent experience.
Positives: Free self-parking, comfy bed, friendly staff, relaxing dual head shower head.
Negatives: No refrigerator, no free Wi-Fi in room, no free business center.

Could not get the wheelchair pass the entry hall of room and this was a handicap room. The air condition was poor and only cooled the window area and part of the bed closest to the window. The rest of the room was very hot. The bathroom had no van/ventilation and was extremely hot due to lack of air. The mattresses need replacing, very soft and sank in the middle, no support to the back at all. The ironing board was small and just that..a table board with no legs that one could only iron a child's clothing. I have never been so unimpressed and disappointed in hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel.
Positives: Valet personnel were extremely helpful and professional.
Negatives: Very small room, poor ventilation.

Only stayed one night. Arrived late afternoon and left early next morning. Didn't get an opportunity to really enjoy hotel too much. Very quiet. Only problem was that room was uncomfortable warm = even though thermostat said 68 degrees.
Positives: Bedding and convenience of shuttle service.
Negatives: Long line at check in.

Room was well laid out and comfortable, but seemed a bit small, clean, modern, well maintained, free parking.
Positives: Close to Marta - restaurants - shopping.
Negatives: Staff was not in synch, took long time to register, not knowledgeable.

There was nothing bad, but also little good about it. Facilities were clean & well-kept, maids were friendly & polite. The short distance to Perimeter Mall & MARTA were very nice.
Positives: Nothing specifically, really.
Negatives: Prices for room service/hotel bar.

Lobby is attractive and spacious. Staff was polite and helpful.<BR/>Room was fair, would appreciate more deep cleaning like light switches, behind the table between the beds. Beds are comfortable.
Positives: Helpful staff.
Negatives: Room cleanliness was disappointing, no casual restaurant.

Our stay at the hotel was fairly brief, we checked in around 8pm and were out by noon the following day. I liked the ease of check in/out and that the staff were very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel was very calm, yet upscale. The rooms were comfortable - it was obvious though that this hotel wasn't always upscale. Sagging wallpaper was one clue. The room also smelled very hotel, and by that I mean closed in and almost musty. I noticed that one of my towels was torn, which I wouldn't expect from a Westin either. Overall the stay was fine, the beds were very comfortable, the dual shower heads was a plus, and there room was large enough for me, my husband and my 4 year old.
Positives: The check in/out process was very easy.
Negatives: Most hotels offer HSIA or wireless for free. This hotel charged $13.

We have stayed in this hotel several times before and have always enjoyed the stay. Walking the surrounding area is a treat. The hotel is very convenient to the city via 400 toll road and there are good restaurants and shopping near-by. The hotel was clean and well appointed and the staff was courteous and helpful.
Positives: Location. Nice hotel and grounds. Convenient to restaurants-shopping and city.
Negatives: Rooms are very small - no place to put bags for unpacking.

The people were very courteous and eager to help get you to your room. There was front door service for a fee of $30.
Positives: People were courteous.
Negatives: The pool was not clean and no inside pool. The rooms were a bit crowded.

Overall experience was good. My room had not been used for a long time- lots of dust, broken things: battery on door lock dead, cordless phone unplugged and not charged, honor bar not fully stocked. Very responsive staff.
Positives: Nice view.
Negatives: Too expensive to eat or make a phone call.

Great hotel, Westin always great!
Positives: Very nice hotel, good neighborhood.
Negatives: Room service very expensive.
