Overall, for the location and price I am pleased. I did have some problems with the hotel with my accommodations, I requested two beds. When I arrived they did not have any two bed rooms available. I would stay here again, specifically for the location.
Positives: For the location and price it met my needs.
Negatives: Some of the staff members were very unpleasant.

Clean, friendly, convenient location, but check the street lights - the thin decorative curtains did not block or darken the light at night. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay.

Great value for location and quality. Customer service response really makes me sad, as we were otherwise really impressed. Very dissappointing at end of trip to not be able to get an issue resolved or to get a response from management!
Positives: Clean, affordable and great location.
Negatives: I have had to call the hotel 4 times so far for incidental credit to my account. I have left mess with Michael and mgr and no response. Dissappointing!

We enjoyed our stay. The carpet was wet for some reason and the room was humid. I just assumed that they had just cleaned the carpet. Everybody was very helpful. We are planning on going back next year and staying a day longer. We would definitely recommend the hotel.
Positives: It was a very friendly hotel and very central.
Negatives: When we got to the hotel the carpet was wet.

Everything about the hotel and staff itself was great. Clean, inviting, comfortable, friendly, helpful etc. However, Do not leave any valuables I your car! Our car which was parked 50 feet from the hotel door was broken into; and our camera was stolen.
Positives: Clean room, comfortable bed, frees Wi-Fi.
Negatives: Security in parking lot.

Location. The front desk people were eager to please and very helpful and professional. Rooms were great. The ladies in the breakfast room, while overwhelmed with guests, could stand to be a little more friendly, as if they wanted to do the job, not as if the hotel needed them.
Positives: Clean rooms, lobby, grounds, friendly desk staff.
Negatives: I made a mistake at breakfast and a not so friendly lady made sure to point it out.

Great location! Close to Buckhead and the Marta. Within walking distance to nice restaurants. Free parking. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff.

Clean, ample parking, professional friendly staff, welcoming, very functional clean relaxed room. Great buy for the money. Nice place to stay and relax.

Negatives: Need to put bath cloths in the rooms. This is a necessity when showering.

Clean, Well designed, functional, comfortable bed, a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Too expensive for its limited amenities.

The Staff was very helpful and recommended good local restaurants in the area. They were extremely friendly and really genuinely cared about my stay being a good one.

Staff was friendly, clean hotel with fairly new room. Small indoor pool and jacuzzi--didn't use but looked nice. Just 1 mile from the Marta which provides transportation to downtown for $1.75 and free garage parking--can't beat the convenience outside of being right downtown.

Negatives: Gave me door key that did not work first time!
