Typical middle-range hotel, typical breakfast, easy access to interstate.

Positives: Seemed relatively clean and attractive.

Negatives: Too many pets on the night we stayed -- lots of yapping.

Definitely not a well kept facility and would not recommend.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: The smell of the rooms/ hallways and rude staff.

I plan on staying here, every time that I return to Atlanta. Wow, you can open your window, a bit, for fresh air!

Positives: I loved all of the dogs staying there. All of the visiting people, even without dogs were in a friendly mood. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Negatives: No Internet and no where to walk and no nearby restaurants, but everybody usually brings their own laptop and all drive out to restaurants of their choice.

Hotel met expectations for the price, rooms were clean.
Positives: It was close by Emory Hospital.

Negatives: Needs to be closer to shopping malls.

This hotel was great for the price paid. It is locate 2 miles from the Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta, and has a very friendly, clean and safe environment.

Positives: A great budget hotel.

Negatives: The continental breakfast could be better.

When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist told me that she didn't have any rooms available, but t had a reservation, but the check-in time were wrong, so actually
I was early.

Positives: Room size.

Negatives: Every things were okay.

The hotel was not in a very good location (area looked shady) and the hotel itself is quite old and in need of upgrades (carpet was worn and the doors were old and badly scratched.) Surprisingly, the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful in fixing our TV, which showed all images in purple. Free Wi-Fi was a plus. Only other con was that the walls were quite thin.

Positives: The staff was quite helpful and the room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

Negatives: The hotel was quite old and needs upgrades (carpets, doors, etc).

The room seemed old and the bathroom was dirty upon my arrival.

Positives: Good location.

Negatives: Cleanliness.

This is a good hotel to stay in if you need to get into Downtown Atlanta quickly. There is also plenty of shopping and food options within driving distance.

Positives: Price was good and it was in a good location.

Negatives: The hallways weren't very nice, although it was deceiving cause the room was nice.

The hotel is a pretty quick trip, 10minutes to downtown Atlanta. It smelled awful in the hallways.

Positives: Location, price.

Negatives: The smell, non-accommodating staff.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I find it going downhill very fast. It recently went through a renovation such as granite countertops, but that is all you notice. Everything else remains old. The cleaning staff is lazy by the looks of things. Carpet is disgusting. The only thing this hotel has going for it is location! This was way overpriced for what it was!

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Room had bad odor to it - some scented smell masking other issues - bedding was very old and carpet stained everywhere.

I received three and a King size bed one of which was in a smoking area. The rooms were smelly and Smokey and I requested non-smoking. The night we stayed two of the rooms I purchased we could not access even with several key copies and securities assistance, one key reserved for ex. Room 337 was also able to open room 237! the keys could be used to get into other rooms! Security had to let me into my room. The hotel's breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, toast and a waffle maker that was broken. I was very, very disappointed and would not recommend.

Positives: The hotel manager saw that we were tired and put us in a smoking room until we could get our other rooms.

Negatives: The rooms looked dirty, I did not get the rooms I paid for, they were too expensive for the quality.

If you enjoy the seedier side of Atlanta and want a great deal on drugs at the very corner you are staying boy this is the hotel for you. Although I do not partake in illegal drugs the man staying beside us said the new Colorado Gold rush pot was exquisite. And my baby's daddy said it was the sha nizzle.

Positives: The stench of stale cigarettes and hooker spit.

Negatives: Used heroine needles were in the reach of a small child.

This hotel is close to the highway and easily accessible. It is sensibly priced, clean and safe. It lacks amenities but has a security guard that protects the property at night.

Positives: Separated bath and wash areas - furniture.

Negatives: Slipping mattress pads on the bed.

This hotel is much nicer than the star rating led me to believe. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. The free breakfast is a little small, but the hours are convenient. It's also very hard to find, which was a little frustrating. Thankfully, once we got there, the hotel was so nice any negative feelings were washed away.

Positives: The hotel was very, very nice for the star rating and price we paid.

Negatives: The location of the hotel was confusing and inconvenient. A large sign would help.

My door lock was broken when I left next morning. I stopped at desk and they told me man would fix lock ASAP. Came back 530 pm and door was still broken. Any guesses how many people came in our room all day or potentially snooped thru our belongings? At 530 pm I was told the maintenance people gone for day, so I still had broken door.

Positives: Staff was friendly.

Negatives: Worst hotel I've ever stayed in , including Europe and Asia.

This hotel should be rated a 1 star or less. Cleaning staff was inadequate. After not being to get my room cleaned, I tried to get clean towels and linen at the front desk, I was told that they did have any available and that I could was my own if I wanted to.

Positives: Easy and quick to get downtown Atlanta.

Negatives: Had to make several calls to get my room cleaned almost everyday.

The hotel was in a hard to find spot. Granted it was right next to the highway but on a back service drive. This hotel was far from a 2.5 star. There are obvious signs of drug use in my hotel room before I was there, including a broken glass pipe. The first night in my hotel my door was jammed and I went to the front desk for help with it, explaining that the key would unlock the door but was stuck on something and all the lady did was reprogram my key and told me that would work. That did not work I then returned to the lobby and had to ask a gentleman seating there if he could give it a try because the lady behind the desk wasn't helpful at all.

Positives: Nothing!

Negatives: Dirty, gross, uncomfortable.

It was perfect for what I was in Atlanta for. Also the route from downtown during rush hour was perfect. All I had to do was come straight out piedmont to Cheshire bridge rd. right to the hotel avoiding the mess on I-85. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Positives: Nice hotel for the price.

Negatives: Wireless internet was difficult to access at times.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, but they were the only ones who seemed to give a ding-dong. Our carpet looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner prior to our arrival, and every day when they supposedly cleaned the room, they left the bed only half made. Plus, someone ate one of our blueberry muffins! Weird. Speaking of muffins, the continental breakfast was not worth getting up for; they ran out of coffee and usually it was tepid anyway. I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but was disappointed nonetheless. Hitting my shin on the bed was a real drag; they should fix that. Having made all those complaints, however, I'll say that Atlanta hotels are very expensive, and besides being economical, this one had free parking. That counts for a lot. They also accepted our little dog and that made us happy.

Positives: They're pet-friendly and parking is free.

Negatives: My husband and I hit our shins on the bed frame, which stuck out but was hidden by the covers.

My mother and aunt were traveling with my girls to take the to a softball camp, at Georgia Tech. The room was being charged to my credit card. Mother checked in and received confirmation of a four night stay. Came back to the room for the second night and all possessions had been cleaned out of the room. Front desk said the room was reserved for one night. Manager was very curt to Mom. He offered a free move for inconvenience. When Mom hesitate he stated "Well do you want it or not". That night I left a message for the manager to return my call. As I had not received a return call by noon, my husband called with which the Manager was rude and curt to him too. Did not want to talk to him and hung up on my husband. I called La Quinta customer service, explain our issue, was given a case number. To date no response or further consideration has been given to the inappropriate behavior of the Manager. I will not ever stay in a La Quinta establishment again.

Positives: Can't give a compliment.

Negatives: Ogres, rude, unfriendly, offensive.
