A 4 star facility should
never have both the restaurant
and
bar out of service.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: Both the restaurant and bar were not in operation.

Very good value for the Priceline price - a "name your own" price.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: Main restaurant being renovated...no lunch service.

Best "4 star" hotel ever. Staff is over the top sincere and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom was exception featuring a large tub and separate shower. All very modern.
Positives: Staff was very helpful.
Negatives: Had to stay in 2 double beds as opposed to one king.

It was beautiful, convenient to very nice eateries. The staff is accommodating and friendly. They brought us chocolate covered strawberries as a surprise for our anniversary which was very nice.
Positives: It was a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: Parking was an additional $20/night and the menu was too expensive so we dined elsewhere.

Great hotel in prime location, my only complaint was being able to get the right room temperature. Not sure if thermostat was malfunctioning or it was the hotel's cooling system, but had to set the thermostat at lowest level 62 to get room comfortable for sleeping. Setting it at 70 should have been sufficient.
Positives: Rooms were very well appointed with a luxurious bathroom.
Negatives: Could not get room cooled down enough. Set thermostat at lowest level, but room temperature was much warmer than thermostat.

Very nice staff. The pool needs to be heated until summer months if open. The room was very nice as is the hotel but a little update might be needed. The food was great.
Positives: Not once did I come across a staff person that was rude. Every employee was so nice and helpful.
Negatives: It needs a little updating.

My wife arrived at the hotel before me early in the day & the front desk didn't want to let her check in because the reservation was under my name. It didn't matter that she showed her driver license (which had the same last name & address as me). She insisted calling me to confirm which they did. They didn't ask me any questions to confirm that I was who she said I was. The water in the sink was scalding hot - to the point where we couldn't drink it.
Positives: Upscale & secure.
Negatives: Freezing cold shower.

Very well appointed hotel...up to date decor. Nice bedding. Television worked well. The bathroom was very large and my wife enjoyed the very large bath tub. Very comfortable indeed.
Positives: Very clean and elegant. Not noisy. Well appointed.
Negatives: Nothing really stood out negative.

Very impressive hotel with outstanding service. The rooms were very large and the bathrooms had a separate shower from the tub - a huge plus in my book. My only complaint would be the food and drink prices were sky high and they had the most expensive internet of any hotel we've been to.
Positives: Gigantic rooms with a fabulous atmosphere and outstanding customer service.
Negatives: $16.00 for a fairly standard drink at the bar.

Negatives: TV cable channel selection very limited.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are decorated nicely. We were gone all day and our room was not cleaned. We called and asked them to clean it and they changed the sheets, but not pillow cases. They didn't vacuum the room either.
Positives: The valet service was wonderful. You call from your room and the car is there when you get downstairs.
Negatives: In the booklet it mentions a free buffet breakfast. We went where a staff person told us to go and were charged over $50 for breakfast.

This is one of the best hotel in Atlanta. The fully tiled bathroom and the large sunken and clean tub! Wow! The room was very nice and the staff was great. Plus it is walking distance 5 minutes or less to the mall, MARTA public transportation and Maggiano's, our favorite restaurant.
Positives: The bathrooms were amazing. And the hot tub was great by the pool.
Negatives: Parking was $20 bucks. Valet was $30.

This hotel is beautiful and very high quality. We stayed at the W in Midtown during the same week for a conference, and this hotel far surpassed the W in quality, survice, and attractiveness.
Positives: Luxury
Negatives: Expensive minibar.

This is a five-star property physically but no better than a three-star for staff and service. We had a very good rate through Priceline, otherwise, we would have changed locations. The charge for daily internet service it outrageous. It should be free like economy properties. There was a lack of response to simple things like fixing the in-room coffee maker or hall ice machine. We did not get the no-smoking room requested, nor were we moved as promised. Excellent door and bell staff.
Positives: very comfortable and attractive room, excellent door and bell staff
Negatives: charge for internet, erratic service, poor staff attitude, lacked attention to details
