Overall, good and good location, the $100 per user Internet access in the meeting areas was absurd. 10 or 12 might be ok for a 6 hour meeting, but 100 for 1 user is just out of whack.
Positives: WiFi and collaboration area is great, access to resources was very good as a business traveler.
Negatives: They filled in the SPA with dirt and a palm tree. I went into the pool area and BAM the spa was gone!

Probably would not have selected this hotel due to the fact we had to play for parking, but it was so close to the airport, which was nice. The facility was nice and clean; room was spacious, clean. Great for business travel.

There was a stain on top of the comforter. They sent a security guy up to the room with a new one. Obviously, that was not his job because he didn't say a word to us, just handed it to my friend and left. Walls are not sound proof because we heard every plane that went by. Also, I left my favorite scarf in the room and of course when I called they said no one found it. However, I will say the ladies I spoke to over the phone were at least very nice. I wouldn't ever stay there again.

Fine for an over-night stay before flight. Indoor part of poor too small to do more than two strokes but joined with outdoor section it promises to be beautiful in warmer months. Overall beautiful and adequate.

Negatives: Restaurant very poor. Salads were small Mede of head lettuce and bottled dressing. Pizza tasted like grocery store frozen variety.

About 5 min from the airport. Hotel has a restaurant and there is one across the street. Would have liked a convenience store which I could have walked to or a gas station. Carpet had stain.
Positives: The lobby has a wonderful waterfall, soothing sound.

With so many hotels to choose from in the Atlanta airport area, this one doesn't offer anything that makes it stand out from the crowd. You will be happier at any number of other spots, especially those that provide more amenities in the rooms. "Unremarkable" describes my impression of this property. Additionally the food is not a good value and we actually purchased items that were spoiled and/or stale.

This Sheraton is frequented by those affiliated with the airline industry and as such works. Easy to navigate, easy in, easy out. A pleasure to stay here. Free airport shuttle. There was a storm in Atlanta, so schedules were off. The elevators malfunctioned and the electrical outlet in the bathroom would not work. A printed notice recommended a call to the front desk if the outlet wouldn't cooperate. I used the same outlet as the flat screen<BR/>TV - no mirror - and went on my way.
Positives: Easy checkin/checkout; nice people.
Negatives: The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work.

Very nice place, hotel staff was always close or easy to locate.

Convenient location, comfortable room and seems to be the ideal location for a business meeting. It's proximity to the airport is definitely a plus as is its friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable but a little noisy since it is close to a major runway of the airport.

Negatives: A little noisy since it is located about 1/3 of a mile from end of runway.

Me and my 3 kids were there for a short but very nive visit, beautiful room with VERY helpful customer service.

Hotel was much better than last time. Staff were friendlier, more helpful, accommodating. However, I had to press for a refrigerator and king bed without additional costs.

This Hotel was a convenient hotel for the business traveler. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The lobby was clean and grounds were well kept. The downfall for this hotel is the paper walls between rooms. You can hear every conversation being held, and everyones television channels, as well as the kids running through the halls at night keeping you awake. But, for the value of the hotel and the amenities, as long as you ask the staff to keep you in the upper floors aways from all the noise it's a great place to stay.
Positives: Convenience to the airport was key in our liking of this Hotel.
Negatives: Paper walls, could hear every conversation from other rooms. Kept you up most of the night from all the yelling and kids running around in the halls.

It had two huge comfy beds, a flat screen TV, beautiful huge widows with a city view and a flat screen TV. Classy. What wasn't classy was the fact that I could hear a conversation in the other room. All night long I heard doors slam and people walking through the hallway (probably because of the 2 inch gap from bottom of door to the floor.) I ended up putting a towel in the gap to keep light and sound out from the hallway.
Positives: Nice beds, huge windows, flat screen TV, pretty decor.
Negatives: Room was not close to being sound proof. Up all night because I could hear people going to and through and I could hear the dude next door on the phone. Privacy please!

Our overall experience was wonderful. When we arrived the staff asked if we were going to the ball game and were told that there was a shuttle that would deliver us right to the doors of the Georgia Dome every 20 minutes. We chose to drive ourselves and the front desk attendant offered to look up the address for us so that we could plug it into out GPS. The rooms were wonderful, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Very nice indoor and outdoor pools. The only thing I did not like was that we had to pay $8 to park in their own private parking lot, but it was very small. By the time we returned from the game it was full. I called customer service from the parking lot and was told to park in the back parking deck. When we got to the parking deck the gate would not open. I called back and told them that it would not open and the person said 'I forgot you have to have a pass to park there, go ahead and park in valet parking and you will not have to pay extra. So back around we went and did get to park right up front for no extra fee, but the valet had all of the parking spaces blocked off with cones, he did not offer to help move them. My husband had to get out and move them himself, the valet seemed like he was about to tell us we could not park there, until my husband spoke up and said that customer service told us it was okay. Over all it was a great experience, we will stay there again next year when we attend the game.

We arrived at 11 PM and was given a room that had not been cleaned. After returning to the lobby I came to know "we had a lot of those today!"

First of all let me say that most of the staff here were polite and I have no issues there. I had the displeasure of being set up in the Sheraton by the army. My flights were delayed on my way back to the Middle East when my leave had expired so they put me up here. The hotel appeared nice and clean and it was. What really got me was that I did not feel welcomed there. I was put in a room with someone from another service who I did not know, of course this may have been the Armys doing. When we got to the room it was fine but I soon discovered that all that is included with the room is the bed. You were charged $10 a day to use their internet, $2 to make a toll free call, $5 for a bottle of water that appeared at first complimentary, they charge you for a USA Today unless you specifically tell them that you don't want it upon check in. The food was decent, but you could find the same quality hamburger across the street at Ruby Tuesdays for less than $13. I was reluctant to use anything in the room for fear of being charged for it later. I believe I would have been much happier paying for a room at the Super 8.

Well, our first night was great; other than the fact that the heat didn't work. Early the next morning the power went out, and the toilet didn't work either. When we call the front desk about the issue, we got major attitude. The hotel refuses to reimburse us for any 5 hour inconvenience. Instead we were charged for parking and for the complimentary water in the room.
Positives: Very clean. Attractive rooms.
Negatives: Central air was old and didnt work.

This was my first stay at the Sheraton I always thought it was out of my range of stay but the price was good to me the staff was professional and polite eager to be of help the huge lobby was picturesque the people staying in the Sheraton was very friendly which was a shock the theme of the Sheraton you belong really stood up to it's theme.
Positives: Quiet, attractive, fresh, to be so near the busiest airport in the us.
Negatives: Water machine was always empty the three days I was there.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The last night of my 4 night trip was a downer. I never bring shampoo when I travel. When asked (it was not once replenished) I was told the hotel was out. Ordered a carry out of salad for dinner, came with no dressing at all and found a feather in the food. Although they more than took care of me, I thought it took a very long time for them to have it ready. Lastly, we had to pay a cab to take us to the airport. The shuttle bus should have come at 11:00 am and one did come, but the driver was rude and would not say anything except that there wouldn't be another shuttle for 30 minutes. He then proceeded to leave his bus parked and walked away. There was no one to answer any questions. Should not post times of shuttle if not accurate. Almost missed our flight.
Positives: The rooms were nice and spacious.
Negatives: They never refilled our shampoo or soap. When asked they said they were out of shampoo.
