This hotel was very nice, but paying 22 dollars a night to park is not good other than that it was great on room rate. You actually could cook your own food in your room. It had a nice small kitchen. People were friendly and walking through the area was very nice and safe.
Positives: It was convenient to find everything you look for in town.
Negatives: Parking rates too high.

Hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was the most expansive free breakfast I've ever had. They offered continental options including cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee and tea, fresh fruit, and yogurt, and hot items like waffles, potatoes, eggs, sausages, oatmeal with raisins and nuts. We parked overnight on 17th street for free. Only drawbacks were poor view from our room, and the room service put our dishware in the dishwasher and we didn't figure this out until we left and so our dishes gradually disappeared.
Positives: Best free breakfast I've ever had.
Negatives: No fan in bathroom.

Overall the hotel was nice. I do not think it was 3 star. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were the typical cheap hotel bed. Although I was put on the first floor, they put me right across from where there was a leak and they were cleaning the floors.
Positives: The location.
Negatives: The beds.

Hotel was in a good location in the Arts District, front desk were very helpful, had a nice corner room with a microwave and stove, a couch, flat screen TV, a cabinet with a few dishes, cups. For a simple person who doesn't ask for much I was impressed! Shower was clean, towels and bed linens were replaced (just remember to put the card on your pillow if you want them to clean it). Overall, a good experience.
Positives: Fridge and microwave in room without even having to ask.
Negatives: Open air duct in the shower, likely taken off by previous patron who was a smoker.

The hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. Rooms were clean and had a great set up for families or the business traveler. There is a small kitchen with eating area and separate desk and workspace. Also had couch/hide-a-bed. The staff was wonderful! Friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Eager to help make our stay in Atlanta fun.
Positives: Friendly and helpful staff made the stay great. Great location!
Negatives: Parking was expensive and difficult to access. No self parking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for my stay in Atlanta. I was basically looking for a place to spend the night in between visiting museums and Atlanta attractions. The room was nicer than I expected, with a small kitchen with full fridge, a sitting area with a sofa and recliner, a king-sized bed, and an LCD TV. Plus, the hotel is only one block away from the High Museum of Art. On the down side, the elevator smelled really bad, and the hallway on my floor smelled pretty awful too. They cook and serve breakfast on that floor, so that may be the reason for the smell - it was sort of an egg-like smell. Fortunately, the smell didn't go into the room much. The windows in the room also faced out on another building, so not a great view. However, if you are not looking to lounge in the hotel throughout your entire visit, and just want a nice place to park it at the end of the day, I would highly recommend this hotel!
Positives: Fast efficient valet, large room with fridge & LCD TV.
Negatives: Smelly elevators and hallway, windows face another building.

Positives: Very neat and clean. Free high speed internet access in the room.
Negatives: The hallway had a very bad smell.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were updated. Food was good. The only parking option is at the hotel which was expensive.
Positives: The pool table in the common area.
Negatives: Parking.

I've stayed at this property several times; its location across the road from the art museum is great. But this time, the mattress was very hard. Too hard to ever really get comfortable. And there was a water leak in the bathroom that made the floor wet. We reported the problem, but were not given the option of switching rooms. Then the following morning (day of our check out) at about 8 am, a maintenance worker tried to barge into the room, then a guest services rep came up to the room and rudely asked why we had not switched rooms! I didn't know it was up to the hotel guests to make those sorts of arrangements. Bad guest services in my opinion.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Staff.

Great location in Midtown Atlanta, rooms were great with desk and sitting area, nice TV but internet is not wireless, I found that surprising in 2008.
Positives: Very tastefully decorated, rooms had LCD TVs and great bedding.
Negatives: $20.00 a night parking!

Overall a great place to stay at. Good for people with kids, you can get some food and keep it in the fridge and make it later. Comfortable room and friendly staff.
Positives: The hotel was great. It had it's own little kitchen and sitting area which was wonderful.
Negatives: The directions getting to the hotel. There are 2 of them in Atlanta and one is on NE and on is on SW, not clearly marked on direction or the address.

The hotel was very clean, nice room. The location was great. I will stay there the next time I come into town.
Positives: The location to Downtown Atlanta was great.
Negatives: The parking was terrible, over priced.

This hotel provided a very beautiful room for us to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. The close proximity to downtown afforded us pleasant walks to main attractions and the food was delicious. The staff and the total experience will never be forgotten.
Positives: The people were warm and friendly, but very professional.
Negatives: There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

2.5 star hotel, it was above what my expectations were. Negative aspects were staff personality & parking fees ($19/day). Should be complimentary during the weekend since it's located in a business area.
Positives: Room was spacious & clean. Good quality & convenient.
Negatives: Staff not personal & parking $19/day.

Next time in Atlanta, same hotel.
Positives: For me it was perfect.
Negatives: Nothing.

Attractive, clean place, but had to wait 45 minutes after I arrived - room wasn't clean. I was originally told 15 minutes, so after 45 minutes, I became angry. I was then upgraded to a suite. Also, I stayed at this place 3 years prior and parking was free then.
Positives: Attractive decor.
Negatives: Paid valet parking.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who want to save on meals by cooking for themselves.
Positives: Furnished kitchen, close to Downtown Atlanta, easily accessible.
Negatives: Valet parking required and understaffed.

It's a great spot in easy walking distance to lots of attractions, restaurants, etc. Good quality for the money. I didn't like the valet-only parking at $19/night, but what can you do?
Positives: The room was very stylish and comfortable, the full hot breakfast great.
Negatives: Lots of construction going on made it hard to get to; parking was $19 per night.

Great hotel located in midtown. Room had kitchen facilities with soft, flat panel TV and queen size bed. Staff was great. The only problem is the charge for parking but there is off street parking at the corner or lots within two blocks. Would definitely return!
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: Parking was $19 a day!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. My only complaint is that the parking is overpriced ($19/day, valet only) and that the valets are overworked and slow. Also, we did not get maid service on our two-day stay. We left the room at 10am, and returned at 5pm. Housekeeping had not visited the room yet. They did call to ask about service, but the timing was inconvenient, and we told them not to bother.
Positives: Excellent hotel in excellent location.
Negatives: Parking $19/day, overpriced. Valets overworked, slow.
