Ok.
Positives: Friendly and clean.
Negatives: Wife ordered breakfast for the room service, it never came and no fridge in room.

A nice hotel. If Internet was free, I would stay there again. There is zero chance I stay there again because it's 2011 and Internet is free just about everywhere else. I don't stay at any hotel that doesn't have free Internet.

Nice exterior and interior. Very professional staff and well kept grounds and room. Only drawback was no refrigerator in room and internet was not free as you would expect in a hotel of this stature.

Excellent hotel, from its appearance (which is outstanding), to the service (which is facilitated by friendly people at each station). The Saturday morning breakfast cook from Greenwood, South Carolina was an additional treat, just hours before leaving...he was but one example of the folk that work there that obviously love what they do. And, isn't that the secret to life? Outstanding!
Positives: Everything! From the time arrived, until my late checkout the following day...excellence!
Negatives: The "gift" shop was a bit short on variety.

Because the hotel was so neat and clean, the staff was very helpful, I would give this hotel a 10.

I'd return and suggest this location to family and friends. The staff is what made this stay memorable. In addition, I enjoyed both pools and the spa. This is definitely 3 star.
Positives: Staff was super accommodating with my requests. Also quite thoughtful, how was the party? Have fun antiquing? I appreciated them.
Negatives: The business center had no a/c and the computer was down. There were notices or alternate suggestions.
