Good price, great location. Rooms are nice but second bed is useless.
Positives: Location, suite.
Negatives: Pull out bed was terrible. Really uncomfortable, my kids couldn't sleep.

I would recommend to all to stay here. I was impressed as you will be too.
Positives: Very clean, set up for business or family.

The hotel over all very nice , beautiful grounds inside and outside, the room was comfortable nice, breakfast was good , plenty of food , shuttle to the park was nice staff very nice. We did have a another customer tell us that the night before, there was kids running around late at night being loud, we did not experience that we are planning another trip to Busch Gardens again soon, since we have passes for the year , we will surely stay again at this hotel.
Positives: Shuttle staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome.
Negatives: They had someone spraying the wood, and split like paint and nail polish remover strongly.

This is a great place!
Positives: Good free breakfast and free cocktails from 5:30 till 7:30.

The hotel rooms are very nice. The hotel is family friendly and serves a very good free breakfast buffet.
Positives: I like that the hotel had open indoor room all facing each other.
Negatives: No comment.

The hotel staff was knowledgeable and quick to answer all questions, the cook to order breakfast was very good, the hotel was approx. 1 mile from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, this hotel has a pool, hot tub, exercise room, manager special every night, arcade for the kids, the hotel restaurant is spend but very nice atmosphere. I would visit again.
Positives: The hotel suite was very large and homey, the pool large, the breakfast wonderful.
Negatives: Hot tub did not feel hot.

Good location, nice pool, friendly staff, good breakfast and managers reception in evening, good restaurant, I had stay again in a different room.
Positives: Nice staff, great continental breakfast, nice managers reception.

This hotel performed its duties well. The rooms are nice and big (similar to all Embassy Suites). Unfortunately we were stuck with a smoking room and since there was no front desk staff to be found, we had to push our way through the stubborn Automatic Check-in Machine. Needless to say, we got stuck with the smoking room. The smell of smoke was not that noticeable over the smell of the freshener they use. The hotel lobby is great, with running water and trees. If you go to breakfast, get the omelet and sausage, everything else was just gross (and cold). The shuttle service was free and easy. You simply walk to the desk, they drive you where you want to go and give you a card to call for you return trip. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
Positives: Free shuttle service was very convenient.
Negatives: Breakfast quality was one of the worst (except omelets).

The hotel is terrific and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly the location is perfectly near the shopping malls, restaurants, bush gardened. Very good value for the money. We will recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will be back again. Thank you for recommending it to us.
