Location very convenient, hotel staff very helpful. Clientèle shady. Free breakfast and 24/7 coffee great. Good business trip stay if you don't look for perfection in cleanliness and maintenance. Noisy at night, walls very thin. Free Internet use in lobby a plus.

Not a bad stay for a night. Felt safe, rooms were clean. Not a Hilton or anything, but worked fine for us.

Positives: Was way better than what other reviewers said. Fine for a night or two.

Negatives: Not the quickest Internet. TV sucked. No ESPN.

When I arrived, the hotel manager told me he did not have my room as I reserved it. I reserved two queens, they had one bed reservation. Although I had my confirmation email printed out and gave to manager, then told me I will have to be upgraded. I told him I was not paying for more because it was not my fault. He gave me a room with two beds but the room was filthy and the rug was wet.

Positives: I guess the location.

Negatives: Very dirty and staff was not nice.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone; I actually left the next day because it was so nasty, when I paid for two days.

Positives: The hotel attendant was very helpful she changed my room as many times as it took for me to get comfortable.

Negatives: The bathrooms were disgusting, dirty, and the shower curtain had never been cleaned.

The only bad thing was that it was hard to find. Everything else was great, though! The staff was incredibly friendly, and accommodating. The beds were much nicer than I expected, I fell asleep right away. The mirrors on the wall behind the beds were a little awkward, but overall the room was really great.

Positives: Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable.

Negatives: Hard to find. Swimming pool wasn't worth swimming in really small.

Very poor. I was very upset to take a cold shower. We had 2 rooms and there were problems with both. I do not recommend this hotel.

Positives: Comfortable beds.

Negatives: No hot water in bath tub, rocking toilet.

Hotel location is nice, because you are less than 7 miles from all major attractions of Tampa Bay, malls, stadium, Busch gardens. The staff was friendly, but the service was poor. The room was never turned over prior to 6pm all 4 nights we were there. Kind of inconvenient when you get home from an early football game, and the room is just as you left it.

Positives: Location was great, easy to access Stadium and Busch Gardens.

Negatives: Housekeeping did not come until 5 and 6 pm all nights we were there.
